依托數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型推進(jìn)上海地鐵高質(zhì)量發(fā)展

近十年來(lái),上海地鐵始終堅(jiān)持高質(zhì)量發(fā)展理念,不斷優(yōu)化上海地鐵網(wǎng)絡(luò)的功能,提升新線建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模在全國(guó)率先突破800 km,日均客流超過1 000萬(wàn)人次。上海地鐵的發(fā)展始終依靠技術(shù)進(jìn)步,特別是緊緊依托數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的有利契機(jī),不斷提升地鐵建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)的質(zhì)量。在新線建設(shè)和投入運(yùn)營(yíng)方面,采用高集成度、高智能化、高可靠度和高可用性的全自動(dòng)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)。“十三五”期間建成的上海軌道交通14、15、18號(hào)線均實(shí)現(xiàn)了全自動(dòng)運(yùn)行,線路一次開通。在運(yùn)營(yíng)實(shí)踐中,全自動(dòng)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)的高可靠性和高可用性得到了驗(yàn)證,極大地提高了地鐵運(yùn)行的效率和效益。目前,上海地鐵共有5條線路(合計(jì)167 km)實(shí)現(xiàn)了全自動(dòng)運(yùn)行。上海地鐵全自動(dòng)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用在全國(guó)乃至全球都是走在前面的。

在提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量方面,上海地鐵在全國(guó)率先應(yīng)用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)乘客掃碼進(jìn)出站,大大提高了乘客進(jìn)出站效率和便利性。目前,上海地鐵已經(jīng)與包括長(zhǎng)三角有地鐵城市在內(nèi)的全國(guó)18家地鐵公司實(shí)現(xiàn)了票務(wù)系統(tǒng)二維碼掃碼進(jìn)出站的互聯(lián)互通,為長(zhǎng)三角軌道交通一體化發(fā)展做出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。2022年 9月28日,上海地鐵實(shí)現(xiàn)了微信和支付寶直接刷碼進(jìn)出站,極大地方便了乘客。

隨著地鐵運(yùn)營(yíng)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),留給運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)的時(shí)間越來(lái)越少。上海地鐵依托數(shù)字化技術(shù)大力推進(jìn)智慧維保建設(shè),對(duì)設(shè)備系統(tǒng)中的車輛、通信信號(hào)和供電三個(gè)關(guān)鍵專業(yè)系統(tǒng)開展數(shù)字化、智能化維護(hù)改造,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)關(guān)鍵設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)在線監(jiān)測(cè),能夠及時(shí)掌握設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。由此,上海地鐵將傳統(tǒng)的被動(dòng)型計(jì)劃修模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榱酥鲃?dòng)型狀態(tài)修模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了故障快速定位,大大提高了設(shè)備故障處置效率,同時(shí)也減少了日常的設(shè)備檢修工作量,降低了全壽命周期的運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)成本。

展望未來(lái),上海地鐵將堅(jiān)持走數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的創(chuàng)新之路,堅(jiān)持高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。將通過大修更新改造不斷提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)中老舊線路的功能,并逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)全網(wǎng)絡(luò)的全自動(dòng)運(yùn)行,從而進(jìn)一步提升整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)的可靠性和運(yùn)行效率。將積極推進(jìn)智慧維保建設(shè),通過數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型全面提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)的安全性、可靠性和服務(wù)功能,為上海加快建設(shè)具有世界影響力的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化大都市做出積極貢獻(xiàn)。

Relying on Digital Transformation to Promote High Quality Development of Shanghai Metro

Over the past decade, Shanghai Metro has consistently adhered to the concept of high-quality development, continuously optimizing the functions of the Shanghai Metro network and improving the construction standards of new lines. Its network scale is the first to break through 800 km in China with a daily average passenger flow of over 10 million. The development of Shanghai Metro has always relied on technological progress, especially the favorable opportunity of digital transformation, to continuously improve the quality of subway construction and operation maintenance.

In terms of new line construction and operation, a fully automated operation system featuring high integration, intelligence, reliability, and availability has been adopted. During the ′13th Five-Year Plan′ period, the Shanghai Metro Line14, Line15, and Line18 which were constructed have all realized fully automated operation, with the lines opening all at once. In practical operation, the high reliability and availability of the fully automatic operation system have been validated, greatly improving the efficiency and benefit of the subway operation. Currently, five Shanghai Metro lines (totaling 167 km) have achieved fully automatic operation. The application of Shanghai Metro′s fully automated operation system is at the forefront not only nationally but also globally.

In terms of improving service quality, Shanghai Metro is the first to apply internet technology to allow passengers to enter and exit the station by scanning QR codes in China, greatly improving the efficiency and convenience of passengers′ entry and exit. Currently, Shanghai Metro has established interoperability with the ticketing systems of 18 subway companies nationwide, including those in cities with subways in the Yangtze River Delta, enabling passengers to enter and exit stations by scanning QR codes. This has made a positive contribution to the integrated development of rail transit in the Yangtze River Delta. On September 28, 2022, Shanghai Metro implemented direct code scanning for entry and exit via WeChat and Alipay, greatly facilitating passengers.

As the subway operation time extends, the time available for maintenance is shrinking. Shanghai Metro relies heavily on digital technology to promote the construction of intelligent maintenance, carrying out digital and intelligent maintenance transformation on the three key professional systems in the equipment: vehicles, communication signals, and power supply. This enables real-time online monitoring of key equipment systems, which helps operators to timely grasp the operational status of the equipment system. As a result, Shanghai Metro has shifted from the traditional reactive maintenance model to a proactive condition-based maintenance model, realizing fast fault location, greatly improving the efficiency of equipment fault handling, while also reducing the daily equipment maintenance workload and lowering the operation and maintenance cost over the full lifecycle.

Looking towards the future, Shanghai Metro will adhere to the innovative path of digital transformation, insisting on high-quality development. Through major repairs and renovations, it will continuously enhance the functionality of old lines in the network, and gradually realize fully automatic operation across the entire network, thus further improving the overall network′s reliability and operational efficiency. It will actively promote the construction of intelligent maintenance, and comprehensively enhance the safety, reliability, and service functions of the network through digital transformation, making a positive contribution to Shanghai′s accelerated construction of a socialist modern metropolis with global influence.
