摘 要:食品安全監督抽檢的效能提升與發展是保障公眾健康的重要舉措。近年來,我國通過加強抽檢工作、優化技術手段和完善管理措施,不斷提高食品安全監督抽檢的效率和準確性。因此,本文論述食品安全監督抽檢的概念,深入分析當前食品安全監督抽檢管理中存在的問題,并有針對性地提出提升與發展食品安全監督抽檢效能的對策,旨在提升食品安全監督抽檢的效果,助力食品行業在新時期的健康可持續發展。

Abstract: The improvement and development of the efficiency of food safety supervision and sampling inspection is an important measure to protect public health. In recent years, China has continuously improved the efficiency and accuracy of food safety supervision and sampling by strengthening sampling work, optimizing technical means and improving management measures. Therefore, this paper discusses the concept of food safety supervision and sampling inspection, in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the current food safety supervision and sampling management, and targeted countermeasures to improve and develop the efficiency of food safety supervision and sampling inspection, aimed at improving the effect of food safety supervision and sampling inspection, and help the food industry in the new era of healthy and sustainable development.
