國內外專家共話“一帶一路”全球愿景

At the plenary session of the 2023 Belt and Road Forum for Interconnected Land-Sea Development on May 17, renowned experts from Chinese and international think tanks delivered keynote speeches,jointly exploring the methods and pathways to build global partnerships for connectivity and promote interconnected land-sea development.

According to Danijel Nikolic, Chairman of the Council of Belt and Road Research Center in Serbia and Assistant Secretary-General and the Government of Serbia, “The Belt and Road Initiative is more than just a project; we see it as a global vision that encompasses multiple fields, serving as a platform for global cooperation and development.After the first decade, we can confidently say that it is already and will continue to reshape the world economic landscape.”

Cao Honghui, Vice-President of the Research Institute of China Development Ban, held that China can fully leverage its new capacity advantages in emerging industries such as solar energy, hydrogen energy, and new energy vehicles,and collaborate with partner countries along the Belt and Road to establish manufacturing bases for green and lowcarbon industries in the surrounding regions.This will drive industrial transformation and technological upgrading in the surrounding areas.

Zhao Baige is the Chairwoman of Advisory Committee of the Belt and Road Initiative, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and Chairwoman of Advisory Committee of the Research and Development International (RDI).She noted that the most important aspect of Chongqing lies not only in its unique hardware technology but also in its soft power, including its business environment and the alignment of industries and companies, which may be more significant than hardware elements.

在5月17日的2023“一帶一路”陸海聯動發展論壇全體會議上。國內外知名智庫專家分別發表了主旨演講，共同探討構建全球互聯互通伙伴關系和推動陸海聯動發展的方法和路徑。

塞爾維亞“一帶一路”研究中心理事會主席、塞爾維亞政府副秘書長達尼耶爾·尼科利奇說：“‘一帶一路’倡議不僅僅是一個項目，我們認為它是一個涵蓋多領域的全球愿景，一個全球合作與發展的平臺。在第一個十年之后，我們可以確切的說它正在并將繼續改變世界經濟格局。”

國家開發銀行研究院副院長曹紅輝介紹，可以充分結合中國在太陽能、氫能、新能源汽車等多個新興產業領域形成的新的產能優勢，與各個“一帶一路”的合作國在周邊地區共同打造綠色低碳產業的制造基地，帶動周邊地區的產業轉型和技術升級。

中國社科院“一帶一路”國際智庫專家委員會主席、藍迪國際智庫專家委員會主席趙白鴿表示，她個人覺得，重慶不僅僅是在硬件技術上有很獨到的地方，更重要是軟實力，包括營商環境、產業的匹配、企業的匹配，可能比硬件的東西顯得更加重要。
