“西部陸海新通道”背景下陜西省物流樞紐建設路徑研究

摘 要：在“一帶一路”倡議和國家西部大開發戰略背景下，物流樞紐在區域經濟發展中的作用日益突出，陜西省作為西部地區的重要省份之一，在“一帶一路”倡議和國家西部大開發戰略中發揮著重要作用。文章以“西部陸海新通道”發展現狀以及陜西省物流樞紐發展現狀為基礎，對陜西省物流樞紐建設發展路徑進行深入探討，以期為陜西省物流樞紐建設提供理論指導與實踐借鑒，從而實現陜西經濟高質量發展。

Abstract： Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative and the national strategy of western development， logistics hubs have played an increasingly important role in regional economic development. As one of the important provinces in the western region， Shaanxi Province plays an important role in the Belt and Road Initiative and the national strategy of western development. Based on the current development status of the "new western land-sea corridor" and the logistics hub development in Shaanxi Province， this paper deeply explores the development path of logistics hub construction in Shaanxi Province， in order to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the construction of logistics hubs in Shaanxi Province and achieve high-quality economic development in Shaanxi.

西部陸海新通道區域戰略（以下簡稱“西部陸海新通道”）是我國第一個以“通道”命名的區域戰略，是貫徹落實黨中央、國務院關于共建“一帶一路”倡議以及國家西部大開發戰略的重要舉措，是新時代推動形成我國經濟高質量發展的重要平臺，也是我國進一步擴大對外開放、促進區域協調發展的重大戰略舉措。隨著發展戰略的實行，物流樞紐作為推動區域經濟發展的重要引擎，受到了學者們的廣泛關注。因此，不同的學者也提出了不同的觀點和建議。例如陳玲等（2019）認為，建設國際物流樞紐核心區可以帶動西南地區內陸型城市的發展，加快地區融合發展和互聯互通[1]。張林等（2021）則認為，國家物流樞紐是現代化物流運行體系的核心基礎設施，可以促進物流產業和區域經濟的融合協同發展[2]。況漠等（2008）則指出，區域物流的發展可以優化區域工業和農業區位，加速城市化進程，改善對外貿易格局，進而提升區域經濟發展水平[3]。……
