摘 要:中國進(jìn)入了新的發(fā)展階段,對食品安全、運輸、配送等問題的要求越來越高,需要建立起一套符合人們?nèi)粘I钚枰耐暾锪鞴?yīng)鏈體系。從經(jīng)濟(jì)成本、運輸安全、物流效益等方面來看,食品區(qū)域物流是非常重要且值得研究的問題。文章從我國食品區(qū)域物流現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析了其存在的不足之處,并提出了食品區(qū)域物流體系建設(shè)的思路和策略,為我國食品區(qū)域物流供應(yīng)鏈體系的構(gòu)建提供參考。

Abstract: China has entered a new stage of development, with higher and higher requirements for food safety, transportation, distribution and other issues. It is necessary to establish a complete logistics supply chain system that meets the needs of people,s daily life. From the perspective of economic cost, transportation safety, logistics efficiency and other aspects, food regional logistics is very important and worth studying. Based on the current situation of China,s food regional logistics, this paper analyzes its shortcomings, and puts forward the ideas and strategies for the construction of food regional logistics system, providing reference for the construction of China,s food regional logistics supply chain system.

從經(jīng)濟(jì)成本、運輸安全、物流效益等方面來看,物流系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該是建立在網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源共享,并通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)等實現(xiàn)對食品區(qū)域物流供應(yīng)鏈的最大優(yōu)化。我國學(xué)者提出以下幾種觀點:陳原(2007)從食品物流供應(yīng)鏈管理的基本概況、特點、意義等角度詳細(xì)闡述了其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀[1];夏文匯等(2015)嘗試建立區(qū)域食品物流供應(yīng)鏈的戰(zhàn)略[2];宋祺楠等(2018)提出食品安全問題已成為當(dāng)今社會最重要的問題之一,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,食品安全問題越來越突出,人們對食品質(zhì)量和安全的要求越來越高[3];王尚午(2018)提出,在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展與食品需求不斷增長的背景下,如何更好地解決食品安全問題就顯得尤為重要[4];陳寧(2017)提出,由于我國人口眾多、經(jīng)濟(jì)水平較低、地理環(huán)境復(fù)雜等因素,食品安全方面還存在諸多問題[5]。本文從食品區(qū)域物流供應(yīng)鏈出發(fā),分析了我國食品區(qū)域物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題,并提出了構(gòu)建食品區(qū)域物流體系的思路和策略。……
