【摘 要】
目的:研究新加香薷飲的抗炎、解熱作用。方法:用角叉菜膠致SD大鼠炎癥模型、干酵母致SD大鼠發熱模型。觀察新加香薷飲對大鼠足腫脹度、解熱作用及其對血清中TNF-α、IL-6及下丘腦組織5-HT、NE含量。結果:抗炎作用,與空白組相比,模型組大鼠右后足跖腫脹明顯增加;與模型組比較,新加香薷飲8.05 g/kg組對大鼠足跖腫脹程度有明顯的減輕(P<0.05)。解熱作用,與空白組相比,模型組大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-6及下丘腦組織中5-HT含量均明顯升高(P<0.05),下丘腦組織中NE含量明顯降低(P<0.05);與模型組相比,陽性組、新加香薷飲8.05 g/kg組、新加香薷飲4.05 g/kg組大鼠血清中TNF-α含量均明顯降低(P<0.05),陽性組及新加香薷飲8.05 g/kg組血清中IL-6含量均明顯降低(P<0.05),新加香薷飲8.05 g/kg組大鼠下丘腦中5-HT含量及陽性組大鼠下丘腦中NE含量明顯降低(P<0.05),其余各組無明顯變化。結論:新加香薷飲有良好的抗炎、解熱作用,其機制可能是通過抑制炎癥因子TNF-α、IL-6的合成與釋放,下調下丘腦組織中5-HT含量和上調下丘腦組織中NE含量,進而使單胺類神經遞質保持平衡,降低體溫及產熱量,起到解熱效果。

Study on the Anti-Inflammatory and Antipyretic Effects of Xinjia Elsholtzia Drink

Abstract:
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects of Xinjia Elsholtzia drink.Methods A model of inflammation in SD rats caused by carrageenan gum and a model of fever in SD rats caused by dried yeast were used.The effects of Xinjia Elsholtzia drink on the degree of foot swelling,antipyretic effect and its effect on TNF-α and IL-6 in serum and 5-HT and NE content in hypothalamus tissue of rats were observed.Results The anti-inflammatory effect, compared with the blank group, the swelling of right hind foot and plantar of rats in the model group increased significantly;compared with the model group, the swelling of foot and plantar of rats in the Xinjia Elsholtzia 8.05 g/kg group was significantly reduced (P<0.05);the antipyretic effect, compared with the blank group, the TNF-α and IL-6 in serum and 5-HT content in hypothalamus tissue of rats in the model group were significantly increased (P<0.05). The content of NE in hypothalamic tissue was significantly lower (P<0.05);Compared with the model group, the TNF-α content in the serum of rats in the positive group, Xinjia Elsholtzia 8.05 g/kg group and Xinjia Elsholtzia 4.05 g/kg group was significantly lower (P<0.05). In the group of rats with 8.05 g/kg of Xinjia Elsholtzia, the content of 5-HT in the hypothalamus and the content of NE in the hypothalamus of rats in the positive group were significantly reduced (P<0.05).Conclusion Xinjia Elsholtzia has good anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects. The mechanism may be through inhibiting the synthesis and release of inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-6,down-regulating 5-HT content in hypothalamic tissues and up-regulating NE content in hypothalamic tissues,thus keeping monoamine neurotransmitters in balance,lowering body temperature and heat production,and providing antipyretic effects.
