【摘? ?要】? ?常規(guī)電氣設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控方法在提取運(yùn)行狀態(tài)信號的時(shí)域特征時(shí),忽略了信號數(shù)據(jù)偏差量的影響,導(dǎo)致對設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)控產(chǎn)生的誤差較大,因此提出基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)嵌入式單片機(jī)的電氣設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控方法。利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)嵌入式單片機(jī)采集正常和非正常情況下電氣設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)信號,在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用信號分析理論分析設(shè)備信號時(shí)域中的信號數(shù)據(jù)偏差量,計(jì)算偏移因子,進(jìn)而提取信號時(shí)域特征向量,采用模糊處理模型對特征向量進(jìn)行估算,實(shí)現(xiàn)電氣設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。在實(shí)驗(yàn)論證中,利用所提方法的監(jiān)控結(jié)果繪制設(shè)備健康指數(shù)曲線,結(jié)果與實(shí)際值基本一致,監(jiān)控誤差較小,更加符合設(shè)備實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況。

Remote Monitoring of Electrical Equipment Running State Based on Embedded MCU of Internet of Things

【Abstract】? ? When extracting the time-domain characteristics of the running state signal, the conventional remote monitoring method for the running state of electrical equipment ignores the influence of the deviation of the signal data, which leads to a large error in the monitoring of the running state of equipment. Therefore, the remote monitoring of the running state of electrical equipment based on the embedded microcontroller of the Internet of Things is proposed. The embedded microcontroller of the Internet of Things is used to collect the operating state signals of electrical equipment under normal and abnormal conditions. On this basis, the signal data deviation in the time domain of the equipment signal is analyzed using the signal analysis theory, the offset factor is calculated, and then the time domain feature vector of the signal is extracted. The fuzzy processing model is used to estimate the feature vector, and the remote monitoring of the operating state of electrical equipment is realized. In the experimental demonstration, the equipment health index curve is drawn by using the monitoring results of the proposed method. The results show that the equipment health index curve obtained by using the proposed method is basically consistent with the actual value, the monitoring error is small, and it is more consistent with the actual operation of the equipment.

電氣設(shè)備發(fā)生故障會對整個電力系統(tǒng)造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,嚴(yán)重時(shí)會導(dǎo)致人身安全事故發(fā)生。現(xiàn)有對設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)控的方法:文獻(xiàn)[1]基于大數(shù)據(jù)的設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)控方法,通過對設(shè)備故障機(jī)理進(jìn)行深入分析,根據(jù)不解體測試結(jié)果,利用大數(shù)據(jù)分析預(yù)測設(shè)備是否存在潛在故障,從而進(jìn)行調(diào)整、維修或更換;文獻(xiàn)[2]基于蟻群算法的設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)控方法根據(jù)設(shè)備空白出現(xiàn)的故障定位,建立監(jiān)控模型,引入蟻群算法,對模型進(jìn)行求解,從而設(shè)計(jì)監(jiān)控信息傳輸方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)對電氣設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)控。……
