









摘要: 針對壁板類零件在活絡式方形壓頭和固定式半球壓頭不同壓制方式下的起皺,通過ABAQUS有限元軟件模擬成形過程,從接觸面積和壓制方式兩個方面對起皺缺陷進行分析。結果表明:相同條件下非對壓活絡式方形壓頭多點成形改善起皺問題效果更好,增大接觸面積和非對壓的壓制方式可以顯著改善壁板成形中的起皺問題,數值模擬結果與理論分析結果相符合,為非對壓活絡式方形壓頭多點成形技術的應用提供了理論基礎。

Abstract: Aiming at the wrinkling of the wall parts under different pressing modes of the movable square indenter and the fixed hemisphere indenter,the forming process was simulated by the finite element software ABAQUS.The wrinkling defects were analyzed from the aspects of contact area and pressing mode.The results show that the effect of the asymmetric pressure adjustable type square head is better under the same conditions.What′s more,increasing the contact area and the asymmetric pressure of pressing mode can significantly improve the wall wrinkling problem of sheet forming.The numerical simulation results are agreement consistent with the theoretical analysis results,which provides a theoretical basis for the the application of multi-point forming technology of square indenter with the asymmetric pressure adjustable type square head.

航空類產品更新換代的速度越來越快,板類件生產的多品種、小批量趨勢越來越明顯,傳統的成形方法已經難以滿足發展的要求。多點成形技術利用多點成形設備的柔性特點,無需更換模具就可以進行不同三維曲面件的成形,從而實現快速、數字化制造。李明哲等[1]提出有限元列式,引用經典的J2流動理論對馬鞍件進行多點成形研究。多壓頭成形技術取得了一定的成果[2],但在冷彎成形過程中板料的壓痕、起皺等關鍵技術方面仍然存在障礙[3]。
學者們對于三維曲面零件柔性成形中應力分布,影響起皺缺陷、成形質量等的因素進行研究[4-6],分析多點成形過程中板料的起皺規律,從而得到改善缺陷的方法[7-8]。蘇紹娟等[9]將多點成形和模壓成形中板料的應力分布等進行對比分析。王洪波等[10]模擬多點成形路徑對鋁合金成形質量的影響?!?br>
