





摘要: 為了準確估計電動直升機各系統質量,研究了國內外傳統直升機系統的質量估計模型,總結了一部分傳統直升機系統質量預估方法,發現其對于超輕型單旋翼電動載人直升機(以下簡稱“電動直升機”)系統質量估計結果存在較大誤差,并分析了誤差原因。提出一種基于多元線性回歸法的超輕型電動直升機的質量預估模型。使用該模型對某型電動直升機的各系統質量數據進行驗證,并將修正系數引入電動直升機系統質量預估模型中,以減少預估誤差,最終證明修正后的模型具有較高的可靠性和準確性。

Mass prediction model of electric helicopter systems

Abstract: In order to estimate the mass of each system accurately,the mass estimation models of traditional helicopter systems at home and abroad was researched,and summarized some traditional helicopter system weight estimation methods.The study finds that there is a large error in the mass estimation results of ultra-light single rotor electric manned helicopter systems,and analyzes the possible reasons for the error.A mass estimation model of an ultra-light single rotor electric manned helicopter based on a multiple linear regression method were presented.
The model is used to verify the mass of each system of the electric helicopter,and the correction coefficient is introduced into the system mass estimation model of the electric helicopter to reduce the estimation error,and finally the revised model has high reliability and accuracy.

近年來,電動力開始應用在一些輕型固定翼飛機和旋翼機上。電動飛行器具有節能環保、效率高、振動噪聲小、乘坐舒適性好等優點,是一種理想的綠色交通工具[1]。受儲能特性影響,電動直升機主要為小型無人直升機。目前,載人直升機發展研究較為緩慢,但未來發展前景廣闊。
在直升機總體設計過程中,質量分析和控制非常重要,質量預估則是初始設計階段質量分析與控制的基礎。目前,關于直升機系統質量、部件質量或者結構質量估算方法及其改進型的研究有許多。Stepniewski等[2]詳細分析、對比了蘇制和美制的重要直升機機型及其系統質量估算方法,但是這些估算方法中涉及具體設計參數(例如:槳葉弦長、旋翼一階揮舞頻率、各部件面積等),因此并不適用于直升機總體設計階段。……
