產后隨訪對社區產婦產后復查依從性和并發癥的影響分析

【摘要】目的：分析社區加強產后隨訪對產婦產后復查的依從性及并發癥發生率的影響。方法：將本社區于2019年6月—2021年6月接受管理、治療的產婦28例作為本次觀察對象，按照隨機數字表法將產婦分為觀察組和對照組，分析兩組產婦在采取不同的服務后對服務的滿意度、復查依從性以及并發癥發生率。結果：在兩組產婦分別采取不同的服務后可見，觀察組對服務的滿意度明顯更高，對比差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）；在兩組產婦分別干預后分析可見，觀察組產婦的復查依從性明顯更高，并發癥發生率明顯更低，對比差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：在社區加強對產婦產后的隨訪能夠有效提高產婦產后復查的依從性，并且能夠有效降低產后惡露不盡等多種并發癥發生率，同時也可有效拉近醫患之間的關系，促進醫患關系和諧發展。

Analysis of the Influence of Postpartum Follow-up on the Compliance and Complications of Community Parturients in Postpartum Reexamination

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the influence of community strengthening of postpartum follow-up on the compliance of postpartum re-examination and the incidence of complications.Methods：Twenty-eight cases of parturients who received administration and treatment in this community from June 2019 to June 2021 were taken as the observation objects. According to the random number table method， the parturients were divided into observation group and control group， and the satisfaction with service， compliance rate with review and incidence of complications between the two groups of parturients were analyzed after taking different services. Results：After the two groups of puerpera took different services， it can be seen that the satisfaction with the service of the observation group was significantly higher， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）； After the two groups of puerpera intervened separately， the analysis showed that the re-examination compliance of the observation group was significantly higher， the complication rate was significantly lower， and the contrast difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Enhancing postpartum follow-up of parturients in the community can effectively improve the compliance of the postpartum re-examination of the parturients， and can effectively reduce the incidence of various complications such as postpartum lochiostasis. At the same time， it can also effectively narrow the relationship between doctors and patients，and promote the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship.

產褥期是指產婦自胎盤娩出后至產婦自身器官均恢復至正常狀態的時間段，一般在42d左右，這一時期產婦的產后康復保健十分關鍵。而由于多數產婦對產后恢復認知不足或受到傳統觀念的影響，導致部分產婦在這一時期往往更容易出現嚴重的并發癥，延長產婦產后身體康復的時間，因此臨床需要重視產婦的產褥工作。加強對產婦產后的隨訪措施能夠在一定程度上提高產婦對產后復查的重視程度，以此提高產婦產后復查率，能夠在隨訪時注意觀察產婦的恢復情況，給予產婦優質的護理服務，糾正對產后康復的錯誤認知，降低并發癥發生率，促進產后身體康復[1]。對此，本次研究針對收治的社區產婦產后加強隨訪干預措施，旨在分析對復查積極性及并發癥的影響，詳見下文所示。
