鄉村振興背景下數字鄉村建設實踐探索

摘要：隨著移動互聯網技術和人工智能在鄉村的進一步普及，數字鄉村建設成為農村進一步發展的“催化劑”。文章闡述了數字鄉村建設路徑的內涵，分析了數字鄉村建設現存的問題，提出從推動基礎設施提檔升級、加快人力資本培育、健全資金投入長效機制等加快數字鄉村建設。并從數字提高鄉村治理效果、數字助力鄉村產業發展、數字促進鄉村生態宜居三方面分析了推動數字鄉村建設的意義。

Practical Exploration of Digital Rural Construction under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract： With the further popularization of mobile internet technology and artificial intelligence in rural areas， digital rural construction has become a "catalyst" for the further development of rural areas. This paper expounds the connotation of digital rural construction path， analyzes the existing problems of digital rural construction， and puts forward to speed up the digital rural construction from promoting the upgrading of infrastructure， accelerating the cultivation of human capital， and perfecting the long-term mechanism of capital investment. It also analyzes the significance of promoting digital rural construction from three aspects： digital boosting rural governance effect， digital boosting rural industrial development and digital promoting rural ecological livability.

數字鄉村建設是鄉村振興的戰略發展方向，也是建設數字中國的重要手段，更是鄉村聯通全國實行全面數字化轉型的戰略任務和農村經濟發展的關鍵路徑。實施數字鄉村建設就是要依托數字化理念、互聯網技術和人工智能等新興科技，沖破傳統鄉村在時間、空間以及資源方面的局限性，為在鄉村振新背景下創新出新的建設路徑，開啟新時代鄉村建設模式，取得現代數字農業新成效提供一個嶄新的指向標[1-3]。以數字鄉村建設帶動農業現代化發展勢在必行，持續推進鄉村振興，必須立足新時代鄉村村情和農村發展的實際狀況，精準把握數字鄉村的發展趨勢，開創農業農村現代化發展新局面。

1 數字鄉村建設路徑內涵解讀

數字技術的下沉使鄉村百姓深刻感受到信息化時代帶來的各種便利，提高了鄉村治理的效率，激活了鄉村發展的動力，為鄉村振興注入了磅礴的動能。……
