摘? 要:專業文化育人在培育學生的專業精神與綜合素質等方面具有非常重要的作用。以專業精神文化為主體,以提高教師職業素養為保障,科學設置課程體系、系統挖掘課程思政內容、深入開展混合式教學實踐、完善與專業有機融合的第二課堂,全面加強專業行為文化建設,推進專業文化進課堂、進活動、進頭腦、進生活,使專業文化育人有機融入人才培養全過程,有助于提高學生的綜合素質與專業素養,強化育人成效。

Abstract: Professional cultural education plays an important role in cultivating students' comprehensive quality and professional spirit, which was an effective means to improve the comprehensive qualities of students and meet the new requirements of the society on the comprehensive abilities. There were some effective strategies to strengthen the education function of professional culture, establishing the system of courses scientifically, exploring curriculum ideological connotation systematically, carrying out the mixed teaching practice of combining production and training deeply, improving the quality of the second class with matching well with the major with professional spirit culture and teachers' excellent professional quality. These countermeasures could effectively promote the integration of professional cultural education into the whole process of personnel training and collaborative education of the first and second classes, with the professional culture into the classroom and activities. Then it could improve the comprehensive quality and professional quality of students, and improve the students' professional identity and professional belonging, with internalization of professionalism into students' behavioral awareness. All these could strengthen education results.

在全國教育大會上,習近平總書記強調“我們的教育必須把培養社會主義建設者和接班人作為根本任務”。這一論述明確要求高校必須著力于為國家培養經濟社會發展急需人才,突出理想信念,厚植愛國情懷,教育引導學生主動把個人理想融入國家發展。我國有600多所地方新建普通本科高校,為社會培養了大批直接面向生產一線的應用型專門人才,其主要任務是將所學的知識轉化為現實生產力[1],即將所學的專業知識與學科技能應用于生產服務一線,將其轉化為生產操作、產品設計或技術服務等,這就決定了畢業生要有扎實的專業知識和基本實踐技能,還應具備良好的團隊合作、溝通交流、組織協調與項目管理等方面的能力與社會責任感等綜合素質,即在知識技能訓練的基礎上強調學生專業行為方式的塑造與行業價值觀的養成,培養能夠對社會做出自己獨特貢獻的有用的“社會人”[2]。……
