中性粒細胞明膠酶相關脂質運載蛋白在婦產科領域的研究進展

[摘要] 中性粒細胞明膠酶相關脂質運載蛋白（NGAL）是一種敏感的早期疾病預測指標，在急慢性腎損傷方面作用尤為突出，屬于脂質運載蛋白lipocalin家族中的一員，且該指標已逐漸用于臨床。NGAL與機體的多種生理病理過程聯系緊密，與炎癥免疫應答、信號轉導、細胞分化及腫瘤的發生發展、胰島素抵抗等過程密切相關。近年來，國內外研究學者在實驗中發現NGAL與子癇前期（PE）、妊娠糖尿?。℅DM）、早產等妊娠相關疾病有著密切相關性，考慮其發生發展可能與機體的炎癥反應、糖脂代謝及胰島素抵抗有關。因此類妊娠疾病對母兒影響較大，該指標的應用將有助于疾病的早發現早治療，從而改善母嬰結局。本文現將中性粒細胞明膠酶相關脂質運載蛋白（NGAL）在婦產科領域的研究進展作一綜述。

[Abstract] Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin （NGAL） is a sensitive predictor for early disease. As a member of lipocalin family， NGAL plays a prominent role in acute and chronic kidney injury and has been gradually used in clinical practice. NGAL is closely related to a variety of physiological and pathological processes in human body， and is closely related to processes such as inflammatory immune response， signal transduction， cell differentiation， tumorigenesis and progression， and insulin resistance. In recent years， domestic and foreign researchers have found in experiments that NGAL is closely related to pregnancy-related diseases such as preeclampsia（PE）， gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）， and premature delivery. It is considered that its occurrence and development may be related to the body’s inflammatory response， glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance. Therefore， pregnancy-like diseases have a greater impact on mothers and children， and the application of this predictor will help early detection and treatment of diseases， thereby improving the outcome of mothers and babies. This article reviews the research progress of NGAL in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.

中性粒細胞明膠酶相關脂質運載蛋白（neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin，NGAL）作為脂質運載蛋白lipocalin家族的新成員，是一種新型炎癥指標，也是一種脂肪細胞因子。NGAL主要表達于中性粒細胞、巨噬細胞、脂肪細胞，在某些組織中也有少量表達。該指標早已應用于臨床，在各種原因引起的腎損傷方面，其血清及尿中的表達水平顯著升高。NGAL能參與機體多種不同的生理、病理過程，與炎癥免疫應答、信號轉導、細胞分化及腫瘤的發生發展、胰島素抵抗及胚胎發育等過程密切相關。子……
