[摘要] 目的 探討3D Body App結(jié)合微視頻教學(xué)法在系統(tǒng)解剖學(xué)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選擇2020年9月至2021年1月桂林醫(yī)學(xué)院2020級120名臨床醫(yī)學(xué)(全科醫(yī)學(xué)方向)專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)解剖學(xué)的學(xué)生作為研究對象,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將學(xué)生隨機(jī)分為對照組和試驗(yàn)組,每組各60名。對照組采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式;試驗(yàn)組在對照組教學(xué)模式基礎(chǔ)上,采用3D Body App 結(jié)合微視頻教學(xué)法。比較兩組學(xué)生對教學(xué)模式的滿意度、考核成績、教學(xué)效果。結(jié)果 試驗(yàn)組滿意度[95.00%(57/60)]高于對照組[81.66%(49/60)](P<0.05);試驗(yàn)組考核成績、教學(xué)效果均高于對照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 3D Body App結(jié)合微視頻教學(xué)法可提升教學(xué)滿意度,提高學(xué)生成績和教學(xué)效果,具有推廣價值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of applying 3D Body App combined with micro-video teaching method in systematic anatomy teaching. Methods A total of 120 clinical medical students from the Class of 2020 learning professional systematic anatomy (majoring in general medicine) in Guilin Medical University from September 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 60 cases in each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode; the experimental group adopted 3D Body App combined with micro-video teaching method based on the teaching mode of the control group. Satisfaction with the teaching mode, examination results and teaching effects in the two groups of students were compared. Results The satisfaction of the experimental group (95.00% [57/60]) was higher than that of the control group (81.66% [49/60]) (P<0.05), and the examination results and teaching effects of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion 3D Body App combined with micro-video teaching method can improve teaching satisfaction, students’ grades and teaching effects, and is of popularization value.

系統(tǒng)解剖學(xué)是一門重要的基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)課程,也是一門實(shí)踐性很強(qiáng)的形態(tài)學(xué)科。系統(tǒng)解剖學(xué)不僅專業(yè)性強(qiáng),而且實(shí)踐性也強(qiáng),通過實(shí)驗(yàn)課觀察模型或標(biāo)本來加深理解。但是,系統(tǒng)解剖學(xué)具有醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)名詞多、內(nèi)容繁雜、記憶難度和掌握難度大等特點(diǎn),在有限的課堂時間里掌握大量的解剖學(xué)知識就顯得相當(dāng)困難。在新形勢下,如何提升教學(xué)質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)、應(yīng)用型醫(yī)學(xué)人才,一直是系統(tǒng)解剖學(xué)教學(xué)工作者亟待解決的難題之一。近年來,很多新型的信息技術(shù)手段被應(yīng)用到系統(tǒng)解剖學(xué)的教學(xué)中,如3D Body App可以清晰顯示各個組織及器官的結(jié)構(gòu)和相對位置,為系統(tǒng)解剖學(xué)的教學(xué)提供了便捷[1-2]。……
