兒童中醫康復，您了解嗎？

提到中醫康復，您會想到什么？是晃晃的銀針，熱熱的灸法，還是舒服的按摩呢？這些都是，也不止是。如果說中醫是中國國粹，中華瑰寶。那么，中醫康復便是上面一顆璀璨的明珠。

What would come to mind when TCM rehabilitation is mentioned？ Is it the fine silver needle， the sophisticated moxibustion therapy， or a comfortable massage？ Actually， all of these but there is so much more. If TCM is the quintessence and treasure of China， TCM rehabilitation is a bright pearl.

湖南省兒童醫院康復中心中醫治療區，承擔著兒童中醫康復的重任。我們以中醫“整體觀念，辨證論治”為指導，中醫特色療法為手段，在崇尚返璞歸真，綠色療法的今天，越來越受到推崇和喜愛。那么，我們兒童中醫康復都有哪些項目呢？接下來，我將帶您一起了解。

The TCM Section of the Rehabilitation Center of Hunan Children’s Hospital takes on the heavy responsibility of pediatric TCM rehabilitation. Under the guidance of “concept of organic wholeness and treatment based on syndrome differentiation” and featuring characteristic therapy of TCM， our pediatric TCM rehabilitation has been increasingly well-received in today’s society where green therapy is advocated. Then， what kinds of treatment does our Pediatric TCM Rehabilitation provide？ This article will introduce them.

一.針刺

I. Acupuncture

針刺是我國特有的一種醫療方法，以通經脈，調氣血平衡陰陽，調和臟腑，從而治療疾病。臨床上常用補法，瀉法，平補平瀉的方法。急則治其標，緩則治其本，從而達到標本兼治的目的。以獨特的療效，深受歡迎。

Acupuncture is a medical method unique to China. It cures disease by dredging the channels， regulating vital energy in the blood， balancing yin and yang， and reconciling internal organs. The reinforcing method， reducing method， and mild reinforcing-reducing method are commonly used clinically. The principle of relieving the secondary symptoms first in treating acute disease whilst relieving the primary symptoms in treating chronic disease is followed， to serve the purpose of addressing both symptoms and root causes. Acupuncture is well received for its unique curative effects.

二.艾灸

II. Moxibustion

艾草是中國傳統的中藥植物，很芳香，很多人對艾草都比較鐘情。我們的艾灸是隔物灸法的簡稱，具有扶陽固本，通經活絡，醒腦安神的作用。艾灸穴位，有舒適的溫熱感。也是我們中醫治療區非常受歡迎的一個項目。

Argy wormwood is a traditional Chinese medicinal plant. It is aromatic and hence loved by many people. Our moxa-moxibustion is actually sandwiched moxibustion which can support yang， strengthen body resistance， clear and activate the channels and collaterals， as well as tranquilize and restore consciousness. The acupoints to which moxibustion is applied can feel a comfortable sense of warmth. Moxa-moxibustion is also a very popular therapy in TCM Section.

三.推拿

III. Massage

小兒推拿以推，按，揉，捏等手法，對穴位產生一定的物理刺激的一種中醫治療性操作。小兒推拿適宜出生至14周歲以下的兒童，特別是6歲以下的嬰幼兒，總有效率達95%以上。

Infantile massage is a therapeutic procedure of TCM which serves the function of treatment by physically stimulating acupuncture points. The techniques of pushing， taking， lifting and kneading are employed in massage. Infantile massage is suitable for children under 14 and especially infants under 6. The total effective rate is over 95%.

四.耳穴.

IV. Auricular points massotherapy

是利用中醫的全息理論，針對個體病情精心選穴，再用膠布將磁珠粘貼于耳穴處，給予適度的按壓，達到個性化治療目的。耳穴治療時間短，無痛苦，小朋友容易配合。

Auricular points massotherapy is ear massage upholding holographic theory of TCM in which the auricular points are carefully selected according to theindividualscondition， then magnetic beads are stuck to auricular points with adhesive tape， and the points are pressed to serve the purpose of individual-based treatment. Auricular points massotherapy features short treatment time， no pain， and children’s willingness to cooperate.

五.中醫定向透藥療法.

V. TCM directional drug penetration therapy

它是根據中醫內病外治的理論，將離子化藥劑貼在小朋友的穴位上，透過穴位循經絡到達病變部位治療疾病。融合中醫治療，藥物治療，物理治療等相關技術。

When TCM directional drug penetration therapy is administered， the ionized drug is applied to children’s acupoints according to the TCM theory of “curing an internal illness by external treatment” which reaches the diseased region following channels and collaterals via the acupoints. It fuses such technology as TCM therapy， drug therapy and physical therapy.

六，床旁理療

VI. Bedside physiotherapy

針對危重，無陪等患兒去到臨床病房進行床旁理療，是我們的傳統項目。提供微波，紫外線等的“上門服務”。內科的肺炎，外科的手術后康復是我們最常見的。這樣既節省兄弟科室工作人員的時間和路程，又避免風險，一舉多得。

Bedside physiotherapy is our traditional treatment program provided in wards for critically ill children， unattended children or other special types of child patients.“Door-to-door services” of microwave， ultraviolet radiation， etc are provided for bedside physiotherapy. Bedside physiotherapy is most commonly provided in internal medicine department to patients with pneumonia and in the surgery department to post-operation patient， so that risks can be avoided and time can be saved for medical care personnel.

七.網紅打卡地-職工理療室

職工的頸椎，腰椎痛，關節肌肉扭傷，面癱等常見疾病和職業勞損，可以在這里免費理療。座內干凈整潔，舒適溫馨，很有家的感覺。成為兄弟姐妹們放松心情，調理健康的網紅打卡地。

Hospital staff who suffer common diseases or occupational diseases such as cervical pain， lumbar pain， joint ligament sprain， muscle sprain， and facial palsy can enjoy free physiotherapy service here.
