高職院校裝備制造類專業校企資源深度融合的探索

摘 要：本論文從人才培養、技術創新、就業創業、社會服務、文化傳承五個方面闡述了校企資源深度融合的標準和內容，旨在推進產教融合，校企合作，工學結合，知行合一的高職辦學理念，積極探索校企資源深度融合的新途徑，對于開展現代職業教育模式具有一定的借鑒意義。

Abstract：This paper expounds the standards and contents of the deep integration of school enterprise resources from five aspects： talent training， technological innovation， employment and entrepreneurship， social service and cultural heritage. The article is to promote the integration of production and education， school enterprise cooperation， work study combination， combination of knowledge and practice， and actively explores new ways of deep integration of school and enterprise resources， which has certain reference significance for developing modern vocational education model.

在《“中國制造2025”上海行動綱要》中指出，制造業是國民經濟的主體，是上海市落實國家制造強國戰略，參與全球產業競爭的重要力量。制造類企業對對員工所掌握的知識和技能提出了更高的要求，而高職院校在為企業輸送應用技能型人才方面起到了不可忽視的作用。在這樣的契機下，上海許多高職院校的裝備制造類專業開始深入地與企業開展校企合作，探索校企資源深度融合的新途徑。因此，校企資源深度融合亟需建立一種長效機制，找到共同的契合點，把“為誰培養人，培養什么人，怎樣培養人”這個問題解決的更好。

校企資源深度融合通常是指高職院校與區域內行業企業優質的資源深度融合式發展，跨越學習與工作、學生與職工、學校與企業的界限，實現專業設置與崗位需求對接、課程體系與職業標準對接、教學過程與生產過程對接，將人才培養、技術創新、就業創業、社會服務和文化傳承等作為資源深度融合的切入點，促進高技能應用型人才培養，推動企業技術進步、產業轉型升級、區域經濟社會的發展。……
