【命題分析】

道歉分為口頭道歉和書面道歉，高考應用文考查以書信道歉為主。道歉信是為因過失或疏忽等做錯了事，給別人帶來了麻煩或損失而寫，主要內容應包括承認錯誤、表示歉意并且提出補救措施。

【常用結構】
