電力通信網(wǎng)中通信電源故障的維護(hù)措施

摘" 要：通信電源屬于電力通信網(wǎng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的重要設(shè)備之一，在具體的管理工作中，應(yīng)該重視故障問(wèn)題的預(yù)防和維護(hù)。文章闡述了電力通信網(wǎng)通信電源的基本概念，針對(duì)于通信電源故障運(yùn)行中的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地探討，提出科學(xué)的維護(hù)措施，保障通信電源系統(tǒng)的正常工作。

Abstract： Communication power supply is one of the important equipment for the stable operation of electric power communication network. In specific management work， attention should be paid to the prevention and maintenance of fault problems. Thus， this paper expounds the basic concept of communication power supply in electric power communication network， discusses in detail the problems in the fault operation of communication power supply， and puts forward scientific maintenance measures， so as to ensure the normal operation of communication power supply system.

電源屬于通信系統(tǒng)的重要設(shè)備之一，主要是運(yùn)用模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)方案，一旦在局部出現(xiàn)了故障問(wèn)題，并不會(huì)影響到整體運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，相應(yīng)的故障不會(huì)擴(kuò)散。電源系統(tǒng)故障通常劃分出一般性故障以及緊急故障兩種類(lèi)型：所謂的一般性故障，并不會(huì)直接影響到通信的過(guò)程和安全的程度，如交流防雷器雷擊損壞以及單個(gè)模塊無(wú)輸出等;所謂的緊急故障，重點(diǎn)指的是影響到通信安全的故障問(wèn)題，如交流輸入以及控制損壞而產(chǎn)生的交流停電等。若是未能及時(shí)的采取合理的措施加以處理，將會(huì)直接引起整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的癱瘓，造成無(wú)法挽回的損失。因此，應(yīng)該對(duì)通信電源的常見(jiàn)故障和問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析，制定出具有針對(duì)性的應(yīng)對(duì)方案。

1 電力通信和通信網(wǎng)

1.1 電力通信

電力通信網(wǎng)具體是為了能夠有效保證整個(gè)電力系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行，屬于電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)市場(chǎng)化以及管理現(xiàn)代化實(shí)施的一項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)容。電力通信貫穿于整個(gè)電力系統(tǒng)，在電力系統(tǒng)實(shí)際運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都發(fā)揮著非常重要的作用，其中最主要的作用便是為開(kāi)展通信服務(wù)提供充足的基礎(chǔ)條件。……
