高層建筑防火存在的問題及對策分析

摘" 要：時代在不斷發(fā)展，各行各業(yè)均實現(xiàn)了快速增長，特別是我國的建筑行業(yè)，迎來了高速發(fā)展期，城市建筑越來越多，全面滿足了人們的工作生活需求。高層建筑較好地解決了土地利用率的問題，保證了城鎮(zhèn)一體化推進。凡事有利就有弊，高層建筑在解決城市發(fā)展問題的同時，也存在許多消防安全隱患，高層建筑防火問題成為當前社會主要問題，已經(jīng)引起了各界關注。文章就高層建筑防火出現(xiàn)的幾點問題進行分析，針對高層防火隱患進行系統(tǒng)闡述，并有效提出相關解決對策，以此，為提升高層防火能力做出微薄貢獻。

Abstract： With the continuous development of the times， various industries have achieved rapid growth. Especially China's construction industry， there was a period of rapid development， when more and more urban buildings have fully met the needs of people's work and life， and high-rise buildings have solved the problem of land utilization and ensure the integration of cities and towns. As everything has advantages and disadvantages， these high-rise buildings can help solve the problem of urban development， but they also cause harm to fire safety. Therefore， fire prevention for high-rise buildings has become the main social problem and attracted attention from all walks of life. This paper analyzes several problems of fire prevention in high-rise buildings， systematically expounds the hidden dangers of fire prevention in high-rise buildings， and effectively puts forward relevant countermeasures， so as to make a modest contribution to the promotion of fire prevention capacity of high-rise buildings.

城鎮(zhèn)化進程不斷加快，城市中的高層建筑不斷增多，有效解決了土地利用問題，增加了土地使用面積，解決了人們的基本工作生活需要，在城市發(fā)展的背后，一些矛盾也顯現(xiàn)出來，高層建筑雖然較好地實現(xiàn)了城市擴展需求，但是，也隱藏著許多不安定因素，特別是隨著人員不斷由農(nóng)村向城市轉(zhuǎn)移，城市向周邊地擴展，城市規(guī)模越來越大，高層建筑群則越發(fā)增多，高層建筑人流量大、樓層高的特點，增加了高層的消防隱患，一旦突發(fā)火災事故，就給消防救援工作帶來難度，不論是受災人員避難逃生，還是消防人員救援工作，都會面臨較大挑戰(zhàn)，當下消防車輛、高空云臺還無法滿足高層救援需求，只有不斷創(chuàng)新方法，才能滿足救援需要，更好地維護人民群眾安全，因此，高層建筑防火方面存在的問題必須要全面解決。……
