李屹會(huì)見中國文聯(lián)香港會(huì)員總會(huì)會(huì)長馬逢國一行

3月12日，中國文聯(lián)黨組書記、副主席李屹在中國文藝家之家會(huì)見中國文聯(lián)香港會(huì)員總會(huì)（香港文聯(lián)）會(huì)長馬逢國、常務(wù)副會(huì)長霍啟剛一行。中國文聯(lián)黨組成員、書記處書記張雁彬參加會(huì)見。

李屹首先歡迎馬逢國一行“回家”，并對(duì)香港文聯(lián)的成立再次表示祝賀。李屹說，中國文聯(lián)是中國文藝家之家，香港的文藝工作者來這里也是回到了自己的家。去年11月，會(huì)員總會(huì)和分會(huì)的成立對(duì)于進(jìn)一步團(tuán)結(jié)凝聚香港文藝家，引導(dǎo)香港文藝界和香港社會(huì)增進(jìn)民族認(rèn)同和文化認(rèn)同，推動(dòng)香港與內(nèi)地的文化交流合作，很有意義，十分必要。希望中國文聯(lián)和香港文聯(lián)能進(jìn)一步辦好海峽兩岸暨港澳地區(qū)機(jī)制性品牌活動(dòng)，用香港文聯(lián)的平臺(tái)帶動(dòng)文化交流，動(dòng)員組織香港文藝家到內(nèi)地參加評(píng)獎(jiǎng)、展演、培訓(xùn)、論壇等活動(dòng)。李屹表示，“十四五”規(guī)劃和2035年遠(yuǎn)景目標(biāo)綱要為推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國建設(shè)指明了方向，這對(duì)香港文聯(lián)的未來發(fā)展也提供了有利機(jī)遇。香港文聯(lián)發(fā)展前景很好，我們對(duì)其充滿期待。中國文聯(lián)會(huì)全力支持香港文聯(lián)的發(fā)展，希望香港文聯(lián)能為香港的繁榮穩(wěn)定，為兩地文藝界密切交流、共同發(fā)展作出貢獻(xiàn)。

張雁彬同馬逢國一行進(jìn)行了工作會(huì)談。張雁彬表示，團(tuán)結(jié)和凝聚香港文藝界，推動(dòng)兩地文藝繁榮發(fā)展是我們雙方共同的事業(yè)，也是共同的責(zé)任。中國文聯(lián)港澳臺(tái)辦公室要密切與香港文聯(lián)的聯(lián)系與合作，做出實(shí)事、做出成績，助力香港文藝家提升藝術(shù)水平、擴(kuò)大發(fā)展空間、增強(qiáng)凝聚力，讓香港文藝界有盼頭、有希望，從而推動(dòng)兩地文化交流和香港文化事業(yè)發(fā)展。張雁彬還就創(chuàng)建關(guān)鍵性、基礎(chǔ)性、有影響力的品牌活動(dòng)，香港如何在大灣區(qū)建設(shè)和“一帶一路”建設(shè)中發(fā)揮作用，以及中華文藝網(wǎng)建設(shè)、兩地機(jī)制化交流、香港文聯(lián)工作團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)等方面提出了具體建議。

馬逢國十分感謝李屹和張雁彬?qū)ο愀畚穆?lián)的鼓勵(lì)以及長期以來中國文聯(lián)對(duì)香港文藝界和文藝家的大力幫助。馬逢國表示，中國文聯(lián)所屬協(xié)會(huì)從2006年起開始吸納香港會(huì)員，讓香港文藝界有了機(jī)會(huì)和平臺(tái)與內(nèi)地高水平藝術(shù)家進(jìn)行交流，開闊了眼界、提高了水平，也有了更多展示和發(fā)揮才能的機(jī)會(huì)。現(xiàn)在香港文聯(lián)就是想把中國文聯(lián)的香港會(huì)員組織起來，讓他們有一個(gè)共同的“家”，感受家的溫暖和踏實(shí)。目前香港文聯(lián)正在組建工作團(tuán)隊(duì)，對(duì)于未來工作的開展，希望繼續(xù)得到中國文聯(lián)的支持和幫助，香港文聯(lián)有信心在中國文聯(lián)的支持下發(fā)揮更大作用。

參加會(huì)談的還有中國文聯(lián)港澳臺(tái)辦公室主任董占順、副主任張錫海，香港中聯(lián)辦宣文部文藝處處長彭婕，國務(wù)院港澳辦交流司教科文處副處長李崴巍等。

Li Yi Meets with Delegation Headed by Ma Fengguo, Chairman of the Hong Kong General Assembly of the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles

On March 12, Li Yi, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, met with delegation headed by Ma Fengguo, Chairman of the Hong Kong General Assembly of the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles (Hong Kong Federation of Literary and Art Circles), and Executive Vice President Huo Qigang, at the House of Artists.Zhang Yanbin, member of the Party Leadership Group and Secretary of the Secretariat of the CFLAC, attended the meeting.

Li Yi first welcomed Ma Fengguo and his delegation "home", and congratulated the establishment of the Hong Kong Federation of Literary and Art Circles.Li Yi said that the CFLAC is the home of Chinese artists, and it’s also coming home for the visiting Hong Kong artists.In November last year, the establishment of the General Assembly and sub-branch is of great significance and necessity for further uniting Hong Kong artists, guiding Hong Kong's literary and art circles and the society to enhance national and cultural identity, and promoting cultural exchanges and cooperation between Hong Kong and the Mainland.It is hoped that the CFLAC and the Hong Kong FLAC can further organize cross-strait and Hong Kong-Macao institutional brand activities, employing the platform of the Hong Kong FLAC to promote cultural exchanges, and mobilize and organize Hong Kong artists to participate in awards event, performances, training, forums and other activities in the Mainland.Li Yi said that the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the 2035 long-term goal outline have pointed out the direction for promoting the construction of a socialist cultural power, also providing favorable opportunities for the future development of the Hong Kong FLAC.The development prospects of the organization are very promising and we are full of expectations for it.The CFLAC fully supports the development of the Hong Kong FLAC, and hopes that the Hong Kong FLAC can contribute to the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong and the close exchanges and common development of the literary and art circles of the two sides.

Zhang Yanbin held a working meeting with Ma Fengguo and his delegation.He said that it is the common cause and responsibility of both of us to unite Hong Kong's literary and art circles, and to promote the prosperity and development of the arts in the two places.The Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Office of CFLAC should keep close contact and cooperation with the Hong Kong FLAC, carry out practical issues, make achievements, and help Hong Kong artists to improve their artistic level, expand development space, and enhance cohesion, so that that expectations are held so as to promote cultural exchanges between the two places and the development of Hong Kong's cultural undertakings.Zhang Yanbin also proposed concrete suggestions concerning aspects as creation of critical, basic, and influential brand activities, how Hong Kong will play a role in the construction of the Greater Bay Area and the "Belt and Road", as well as the building of China Arts Network, the institutionalized exchanges between the two places, and the team building of Hong Kong FLAC.

Ma Fengguo is very grateful to Li Yi and Zhang Yanbin for their encouragement to the Hong Kong FLAC and the CFLAC for its long-term support to the Hong Kong literary and art circles and artists.Ma Fengguo said that the associations affiliated to CFLAC began to recruit Hong Kong members in 2006, giving the Hong Kong literary and art circles an opportunity and a platform to communicate with high-level mainland artists, broadening their horizons, improving their capacity, and also having more chances to demonstrate their talents.Now the Hong Kong FLAC wants to organize the Hong Kong members of the CFLAC so that they can have a shared "home" and feel the warmth and solidity.At present, the Hong Kong FLAC is forming a working team.For future work, they hope to continue to receive support and help from the CFLAC.The Hong Kong FLAC is confident that it will play a greater role with the support of the CFLAC.

Also participating in the talks were Dong Zhanshun, director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Office of CFLAC, Zhang Xihai, deputy director of the office, Peng Jie, director of the Arts Division of Publicity Department of Liaison Office of the central government in Hong Kong, and Li Weiwei, deputy director of the Education, Science and Culture Division of the Exchange Department of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council.

全國政協(xié)委員霍啟剛拜會(huì)中國影協(xié)

3月11日，中國影協(xié)分黨組書記、駐會(huì)副主席張宏在協(xié)會(huì)與全國政協(xié)委員、香港文聯(lián)常務(wù)副會(huì)長霍啟剛，中央政府駐港聯(lián)絡(luò)辦宣文部文藝處處長彭婕，國務(wù)院港澳事務(wù)辦公室交流司處長茆蓉婭進(jìn)行了友好會(huì)談。中國影協(xié)副秘書長楊燁，外聯(lián)處處長張馳一同參加了會(huì)談。雙方圍繞香港電影產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、大灣區(qū)影視基地規(guī)劃及加強(qiáng)兩地合作等事宜展開交流，達(dá)成初步合作意向。

會(huì)談雙方就積極發(fā)展港區(qū)會(huì)員、培養(yǎng)青年電影人才、共同解決業(yè)界困難、深化兩地影視合作等方面交流了意見，達(dá)成初步共識(shí)，并將在今后工作中依托項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)交流合作。

Huo Qigang, Member of the National Committee of CPPCC, Visits China Film Association

On March 11, Zhang Hong, vice chairman and secretary of the party of China Film Association, had a friendly meeting with Huo Qigang, Member of the National Committee of CPPCC and executive vice chairman of the Hong Kong FLAC, Peng Jie, director of the Arts Division of Publicity Department of Liaison Office of the central government in Hong Kong, and Mao Rongya, director of Exchange Department of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council.Yang Ye, deputy secretary-general of the China Film Association, and Zhang Chi, director of the External Liaison Office, also attended the meeting.The two parties exchanged views on the development status of Hong Kong's film industry, the planning of film and television bases in the Greater Bay Area, and the strengthening of cooperation between the two places, and reached preliminary cooperation intentions.

During the talks, both parties exchanged opinions on actively developing Hong Kong members, cultivating young film talents, jointly solving industry difficulties, and deepening film and television cooperation between the two places, and reached a preliminary consensus.They will also rely on projects to achieve exchanges and cooperation in future work.
