復方荊芥熏洗劑治療混合痔術后疼痛的效果評價

摘 要 目的：探討復方荊芥熏洗劑治療混合痔術后疼痛的效果。方法：選擇2019年10月至2020年9月江西省豐城市人民醫院收治的混合痔患者62例。按照隨機數字表對照法分為兩組，每組31例。對照組采用常規術后換藥、高錳酸鉀熏蒸和坐浴。觀察組采用復方荊芥熏洗劑10 g經1 500 mL熱水稀釋后，熏蒸5 min后再坐浴10 min。兩組均為2次/d。采用視覺模擬（VAS）評分評價患者疼痛情況，觀察水腫情況、水腫消退時間、創面愈合時間、并發癥和療效。結果：觀察組術后1 d、3 d、5 d的VAS評分以及水腫程度評分均低于同時期對照組（P<0.05）。觀察組水腫消退時間、創面愈合時間均早于對照組（P<0.05），并發癥總發生率為6.45%，低于對照組的32.26%（P<0.05）。觀察組總有效率為87.10%，高于對照組的54.84%（P<0.05）。結論：復方荊芥熏洗劑治療混合痔術后疼痛效果明顯，可以減輕疼痛，緩解水腫，利于水腫消退、創面愈合，療效較好，而且并發癥較少。

Evaluation of the effect of compound jingmustard fumigation lotion in treating postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of compound jingmustard fumigation lotion in treating postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： Sixty-two patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in Fengcheng Peoples Hospital of Jiangxi Province from October 2019 to September 2020 were selected， and according to the random number table control method， divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine postoperative dressing change， potassium permanganate fumigation and hip bath. The observation group used 10 g of compound jingmustard fumigation lotion diluted with 1500 ml of hot water， fumigated for 5 minutes， and then bathed for 10 minutes. Visual analogue scale（VAS） was used to evaluate the pain of patients， and the edema condition， edema regression time， wound healing time， complications and curative effect were observed. Results： The VAS score and edema degree score in the observation group at 1， 3 and 5 days after operation were lower than those in the control group at the same time（P<0.05）. The edema regression time and wound healing time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group（P<0.05）， and the overall incidence of complications was 6.45% in the observation group， which was lower than 32.26% in the control group（P<0.05）. The total effective rate was 87.10% in the observation group， which was higher than 54.84% in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Compound jingmustard fumigation lotion has obvious effect in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids， which can reduce pain and edema， is conducive to edema regression and wound healing， and has good curative effect and less complications.
