河北省兒童醫院與加拿大病童醫院成功開展首例國際遠程會診

7月15日，河北省兒童醫院與加拿大病童醫院首例國際遠程會診在河北省兒童醫院“外國專家書屋”成功開展。本次會診在雙方專家團隊的共同努力和高效溝通下，成功探索出了更為完善和全面的治療方案，為飽受重病折磨的年僅6歲的患兒帶來了康復的希望。

加拿大病童醫院作為國際三大兒童醫院之一，成立于1875年。在過去的百年間，發展成集醫療、科研和教學于一體的大型綜合醫院。其院內醫療中心包括骨骼健康中心、腦健康和行為中心、腫瘤中心、心臟中心、醫學遺傳學中心和移植中心等。具備世界一流的醫護人員及醫療設備，更重要的是擁有眾多學術成就。河北省兒童醫院作為省內唯一所集醫療、教學、科研、保健、康復、急救于一體的三級甲等綜合兒童醫院，擁有一個國家臨床重點專科和多個省級醫學重點學科；年門診量達160余萬人次，日均門診量最高達6000余人次。依托河北省科學技術廳（外國專家局）的平臺支持，在加中商貿創新聯盟的全力協助和推進下，2020年兩院正式簽署了全面合作框架協議。此次中加兩院間的專家共同為患兒進行國際遠程會診，以中西方醫療專家共同的智慧碰撞，為河北省兒科疑難、罕見疾病的診斷和救治引入新思路、增添新希望。

雙方在充分考慮合作需求和發展前景的背景下，經過前期多次的遠程會議溝通，于2020年10月22日正式簽訂了長期合作框架協議，明確了血液腫瘤、重癥醫學、康復醫學、心理行為、心血管疾病、神經系統疾病等領域為方向的多項合作。本次的國際遠程會診正是在這樣的大背景下得以順利實施。

加拿大病童醫院兒童呼吸專家在線參會

申請會診的患兒來自河北省兒童醫院呼吸三科，曾因多次肺炎和相關病癥住院救治，是典型的兒科復雜疑難性病例。為保證會診質量，雙方醫院的國際會診項目團隊經過多達50多封郵件和至少3次視頻會議的充分溝通、協調，并在河北省兒童醫院呼吸科、影像科、信息科、醫務處等多處室協同配合下最終得以順利進行。會診中，來自加拿大病童醫院兒童呼吸專業的Amin院士與河北省兒童醫院呼吸三科治療團隊就患兒用藥、檢查、康復、手術方案和康復輔助治療方面進行了詳細的溝通和探討，最終提供了全面完整的診療方案和建議。經過一段時間的治療，目前患兒病情終于得到了理想的控制，并呈現出良好的康復趨勢。

自2020年4月28日啟動國際遠程會診項目以來，河北省兒童醫院已陸續完成多例針對兒童復雜疑難病例的國際會診工作。會診專家分別來自美國、意大利、加拿大等國家，已組成多學科跨專業的國際會診團隊。不斷拓展的合作單位和不斷完善的會診流程將更好地服務河北省及周邊地區的廣大患兒，為患有疑難復雜罕見疾病的孩子和家庭帶去新的希望。

The first international tele-consultation between Hebei Children’s Hospital and the Hospital for Sick Children of Canada (SK) has been successfully achieved at Hebei Children’s hospital’s “Foreign Experts’ Book House”. This consultation explored more consummate and comprehensive treatment plan by specialists’ teamwork and efficient communication. These experts bring the rehabilitative hope to the girl who are 6 years old and are suffering severe disease.

SK was established in 1875. As one of the three wellknown international children’s hospitals, it becomes a large synthetical hospital that contains medical treatment, scientific research, and education in the last hundred years. SK medical treatment center contains skeleton health center, brain health and behavior center, tumor center, heart center, and medical genetics center and transplant center. The hospital has the most outstanding staff and advanced equipment. More importantly, it has extensively a range of academic achievements. In China, Hebei Children’s hospital is the only one comprehensive Grade 3A (top level in China) children’s hospital in Hebei province. It integrates medical education, scientific research, health care, rehabilitation and first aid. Besides, our hospital has one national clinical specialty and multiple provincial crucial medical disciplines. The annual outpatient number is more than 1.6 million, and the average daily outpatient number is more than 6,000. Relying on the platform support of the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology (Bureau of Foreign Experts), with the full assistance and promotion of the Canada-China Business Innovation Alliance, the two academies formally signed the MOU in 2020. In this international tele-consultation, the specialists from our hospital and SK shared their diverse thoughts. The new ways of treatment represent the hope of pediatric therapy in Hebei province.

The two hospitals fully considered the needs of cooperation and the prospects, formally signed the long-term MOU on October 22, 2020. It clarifies the cooperation in the fields of hematology and oncology, critical care, medicine, rehabilitation medicine, psychological behavior, cardiovascular disease, nervous system disease etc. This international teleconsultation was successfully implemented under this background.

The patient who applied for the consultation came from the Respiratory III Department of Hebei Children’s Hospital, who has been hospitalized for repeated pneumonia and related diseases. It is a t ypical complicated case. In order to ensure the quality of consultation, the international consultation project teams of the two hospitals have fully communicated and coordinated through more than 50 emails and at least 3 video conferences. With the cooperation and support of the respiratory department, imaging department, information department, medical department and other departments of our hospital, it was finally able to proceed smoothly. Dr. Amin, a respiratory specialist working at SK, had a detailed communication and discussion with respiratory III department of Hebei Children’s Hospital on medication, examination, rehabilitation, surgical plan, and auxiliary rehabilitation treatment for the patient. Ultimately, both hospitals provided a systematized diagnosis plan and recommendations. After a period of treatment, the patient’s situation got ideal control and represented a recovery trend.

Since the launch of the international teleconsultation project on April 28, 2020, Hebei Children’s Hospital has successively completed a number of international consultations for patients with complex and difficult cases with foreign experts come from the United States, Italy, Canada and other countries, which have formed a multidisciplinary and cross-professional international consultation team. The continuously expanding cooperation units and the constantly improving consultation process will better serve the vast number of children in Hebei province and surrounding areas, and bring new hope to children and families suffering from complex and rare diseases.
