1. 審題定調

這是一篇抱怨類建議信，屬于一篇夾敘夾議的實用性應用文作文。在現實生活中，我們難免會遇到一些令人不滿意的情形，需要心平氣和地抱怨和切實有效地溝通。因此，在寫這類文章時，一定要注意語言的委婉性和敘述的條理性，做到以理服人、以情動人，并試著提出一些建設性建議與意見，掌握抱怨的藝術。

2. 確定主體內容

根據題目要求，文章應包括以下內容：首先，要簡明扼要地提出話題;然后根據所給出的要點，有條有理地敘述抱怨的具體內容;最后提出一些建設性意見，希望問題能夠順利解決。

針對這篇習作，可以把全文分為三段：

第一段：提出學校食堂的話題。

第二段：具體分析學校食堂存在的問題。

第三段：提出一些建設性意見。

3. 確定人稱、時態

人稱用第一人稱;時態應為一般現在時。

4. 常用表達

①表示不滿時盡量使用委婉語氣

②先表達理解或肯定，再指出問題

③表示提出解決問題的建議

I think it’s high time to take some measures.

To solve these problems， effective measures must be taken immediately as follows.

I am a senior student of our school. I’d like to say something about the canteen service in our school.

Generally speaking， the canteen service is satisfactory. However， there are still some problems to be settled. First of all， we have to eat almost the same things day after day with only a limited variety of dishes. Secondly， we think the prices of the dished are relatively high. In addition， we often have to stand in line for a long time before we can get the meals， especially during rush hours of lunchtime， which costs us the precious time of studying.

Thus， I suggest something should be done to improve the canteen service. For example， you may change the prices to be more reasonable and increase more windows. A greater variety of foods will surely be welcomed. Thank you for your consideration.
