Abstract: Based on the current situation of China's commercial banks under the impact of COVID-19, this paper analyzes and discusses the strategies and paths for the implementation of financial technology development. Big data has changed the information and credit risk control mechanism of commercial banks, which promotes the reorganization process of commercial banks and accelerates the development and transformation of commercial banks to the new era.

1.The necessity of financial and Technological Development Strategy of COVID-19 under commercial banks

Objectively, commercial banks must provide more online financial services and technological innovation products. For a long time, the public and private activities of commercial banks are carried out through branches. The bank center of a branch is usually located in a crowded metropolitan area. The business centers of banks are mostly open. In the information, electronic and commercial bank network, this has become the future development trend of commercial banks. Influenced by COVID-19, the inherent business process and risk control requirements can not be met. Therefore, commercial banks urgently need business innovation, process innovation and financial innovation to provide online channels and extend intelligent and non-contact financial services.

2. Explore the financial technology development strategy of commercial banks under the impact of COVID-19

First, speed up the construction of commercial intelligence, mobilization and environment of commercial banks, and reduce the fixed personnel cost and operation cost. The business point must be intelligent and modular, and should realize the joint response of modularity and bank standards, such as transfer, cash storage, electronic contract, etc., and adopt intelligent counter and intelligent robot to effectively reduce efficiency, personnel cost and avoid loss or credit card operation.
