Abstract： With the continuous progress of global economic integration， to a certain extent， China's industrial structure has undergone changes， the need to use the integration of scientific research and economic entities into real productivity. This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of venture capital research in China in order to provide more investment for future research.

1. The current situation of venture capital research in China

The study of Chinese venture capital theory draws on many ideas and practices in the field of foreign venture capital， especially through the study of some important cases， the practical experience and success stories of western developed countries provide a theoretical basis for domestic venture capital researchers. In this paper， a large number of research results have been made in the study of venture capital theory， and venture capital is extremely important for the development of social economy. For the current enterprise development， China's economic development provides an economic basis for the development of the industry， the important development of China's venture capital has been concentrated. China's venture capital research has made great contribution to improving the domestic capital market environment， has a strong practical significance， but also the greatest encouragement to China's real economic development.

2. Looking forward to the future development path of China's venture capital investment

Laws and related policies are not only the first step in industry standardization， but also an important tool for addressing industry development. Therefore， in order to eradicate this injustice， it is necessary to clarify the rules of industry management from a legal point of view， learn useful terminology from abroad， and enrich the content of management. In the process of future development， we must combine the investment capital environment of the national economy with the investment environment of the world economy， and promote policy decision-making to benefit the development of venture capital funds.

3. Summary

From the current situation of venture capital， the relevant domestic laws and regulations are not perfect. The lack of information and risk management in China's venture capital industry has become a bottleneck restricting the development of domestic venture capital. Credit institutions continue to improve the technical content， pay close attention to the international economic situation， adjust relevant laws and regulations， gradually reduce the risk factors of domestic venture capital， gradually improve venture capital management， establish a more systematic intermediary mechanism， improve the level of venture capital.
