如何寫感謝信

感謝信是用于致謝他人的饋贈、款待、幫助，需寫明感謝他人的理由，信文要感情真摯，措辭得體。感謝信一般分為三個部分：

第一段：表達感謝之情并說明原因;

第二段：細述并贊賞對方給予的幫助;

第三段：再次闡述謝意并表達回報愿望。

【寫作指導】

1. 有序組織要點

首先，應當友善地對對方的生活表示關心;其次，應明確陳述寫信的目的，即致謝;然后，應肯定對方的幫助恰當好處;最后，應對對方給予的幫助再次表示感謝并傳達良好的祝愿。

2. 靈活把握時態

感謝信的正文中的時態靈活多變。通常，在提到對方曾經所給予的幫助時，應用過去時態;在提到對方的幫助所產生的實際效果時，可以使用現在完成時態;在涉及到現狀時，應用一般現在時;在表達祝愿或希望時，使用一般將來時態。

3. 運用規范的語言

感謝信有其自身的特色語言，在行文的每一個環節也有一些常用句型。另外表示從對方的幫助中獲益時，可以使用多種句型進行表達，要讓句式靈活多樣，這樣更能增強表達效果。

4. 表達感激之情

感謝信的主要目的在于向對方致謝，因此語言要誠摯，友善;在信的開頭和結尾部分一般會使用 Thank you very much for your kindness and deep concerned; Thanks again and wish you all the best之類的語言來表達感激之情。

第三段：再次闡述謝意并表達回報愿望
