國（境）外留學生學習習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想融入思政課的必要性研究

摘? 要：基于新經濟增長理論視角，實證檢驗國（境）外留學生培養特性與地區間經濟合作發展的相互關系，以及學習習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想思政課對于滿足地區間經濟發展需求的國（境）外留學生培養體系的意義和作用機制，從而論證重視國（境）外留學生這一群體思想教育與培養的必要性和意義，闡述了國（境）外留學生學習習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想思政課的理論依據。向國（境）外留學生進行中國智慧、中國共產黨的執政理論等知識內容的介紹，不僅具有顯著的經濟價值，也有助于中國聲音、中國軟實力更好地宣傳、傳播，贏得國際的理解和認同，消除偏見和詆毀，與百年前中國共產黨人追尋西方先進理論的馬克思主義與思想一樣，具有顯著的歷史和現實意義。研究結果為實踐提出了兩點參考：一是，國（境）外留學生對習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想是不了解的，甚至可能是理解有偏差的，有必要讓國（境）外留學生了解、認識中國共產黨在探索國家治理和發展過程中的重大理論和最新成果;二是，對未來國（境）外留學生引入習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想思政課的關鍵在于方式方法。

Abstract： This paper empirically examines the relationship between the training characteristics of overseas students and the development of economic cooperation between regions in the perspective of new economic growth theory， and then discusses the significance and mechanism of studying Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era ideological and political course for overseas students to meet the needs of regional economic development， to demonstrate the necessity and significance of learning this course， and expound the theoretical basis of the study of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era ideological and political lessons for overseas students. The introduction of knowledge such as Chinese wisdom and the ruling theory of the Communist Party of China to overseas studentsnot only has significant economic value， but also contributes to the better promotion and dissemination of Chinese voice and Chinese soft power， and wins international understanding and identity， to eliminate the prejudice and defamation. Just that it is the same historical and practical significance as the Marxism Thought that the Chinese Communists pursued the new theory from the West a hundred years ago. The results of this study put forward two points for practice： First， overseas students are not aware of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era， even be misunderstood. Hence， it is necessary to understand the major theories and latest achievements of the Chinese Communist Party in exploring the process of national governance and development for overseas students; Second， the key to introducing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era ideological and political course to overseas students in the future is the ways and means.
