夢想里的平凡人生

濟南市的曲水亭街，是“老濟南味兒”最濃郁的地方，一邊是青磚石墻的老屋，一邊是綠意飄搖的清泉，臨泉人家在這里淘米濯衣，完整地保留著《老殘游記》中“家家泉水，戶戶垂楊”的泉城風貌。

夏日黃昏，坐在曲水河畔，耳畔是泉水叮咚，發間是輕風溫柔，如若再來一杯用泉水涼過的酸梅湯，想來也不會辜負了這夏日人間。此時，街邊一家名為“曲水曦和”的飲品店便會映入人們眼簾。

店鋪老板曹雅男是一位“老濟南”。8年前，他毅然辭去做了13年的平面設計工作，在這里開設了這家店。用他的話說：想換一種生活方式。兒時曲水亭街的單純生活令他印象深刻，街坊鄰里坐在河邊，一邊吃飯一邊聊家常，孩子沒事就在河里摸魚撈蝦，充滿煙火氣。于是他將祖輩傳下來的這間曲水亭街上的小屋作為自己新事業的開端。

“曲水”源于曲水亭街，而“曦和”則是曹雅男女兒的名字。從名字不難看出他對這間店鋪的情感之深。在這間小屋里，他希望還能做出點“單純”的東西。為了這種“單純”，店里的所有水果，包括烏梅、橙子、檸檬等都是他去八里橋水果市場親自挑選的，水果的甜度和“顏值”都由他親自把關。而這里當家的飲品酸梅湯，制作時更是需要天不亮就起來，將祖傳配方中的必備食材放進鍋中熬制起碼3個小時，熬好之后再放入曲水河里拔涼，讓泉水慢慢給它降溫，才能達到他心中酸梅湯的理想狀態。

秉承這種初心，開店8年間，最讓曹雅男開心的是結識了很多有趣的朋友。好多顧客從戀愛到結婚生子都不間斷地光顧小店，慢慢地也就變成了朋友。令他印象深刻的是一對海南的情侶，2014年正在戀愛的他們來濟南旅游，在店里點了飲品并拍了照片。5年后，已經結婚的他們再次來到濟南，特地在同樣的位置拍了照片，并相約5年后再來。這樣的事情，8年間還有很多，這讓曹雅男覺得在濟南老街有這樣一家屬于自己的店是十分幸運的事情。

談到對以后的想法，曹雅男坦言，希望將來能繼續用心經營好飲品的品質和口味，繼續在這老城老街上看盡人間的繁華和美好，坦坦蕩蕩享受當下的每一天。

Ordinary Life in Dream

By the Qushui River， Jinan City， a beverage store named “Spring & Sunshine” （QushuiXihe） appears eyecatching. There are two slogans “Never Adjusted” and “Completed Today” on the billboard of syrup of plum outside the store. Cao Yanan， owner of the store， who presented the two slogans， is a native of Jinan. Eight years ago， he quitted his job as a graphic designer for 13 years. He said that he wanted to change his lifestyle.

“Qushui” refers to Qushuiting Street; “Xihe” is his daughters name. From the name， it is easy to see that he attaches great importance to the store. In this small store， he wishes to make something “Pure”. For this end， he usually picks all fruits required for the store including dark plums， oranges and lemons at Baliqiao Fruit Market early in the morning， and personally checks the sweetness and “appearance” of fruits. In the eight years since the opening of the store， the happiest thing for Cao Yanan is meeting a lot of interesting friends. Many customers started to drink in the store from the beginning of a relationship， and continued to come to the store with their children after getting married and having children.

Opening ones own store brings relative freedom， but not absolute freedom. The store is basically open for 12 hours a day. Thus， he feels guilty towards his two children. Other children are often accompanied by their parents during weekends and holidays， which are the busiest time for the store. Cao Yanan has to entrust his children to the care of his parents. During weekdays when the store is not so busy， his children need to go to school， thus he has to speed as much time as he can with his children during winter and summer vacations.

Speaking of his future plan， Cao Yanan said frankly， “I wish I could continue to focus on the quality and flavors of beverages， see the prosperity and beauty of the world on this old street of the old town， and enjoy every day with no misgivings in the future.”
