Therapeutic value of adefovir dipivoxil combined with Anluo Huaxian Pills on hepatitis B cirrhosis

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of adefovir dipivoxil combined with Anluo Huaxian Pills in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods A total of 68 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted from February 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into the observation group（n=34） and the control group（n=34）. The observation group was treated with adefovir dipivoxil combined with Anluo Huaxian Pills， while the control group was treated with single adefovir dipivoxil. The clinical efficacy and levels of laminin（LN）， hyaluronic acid（HA）， type Ⅳ precollagen（Ⅳ-C）， alanine aminotransferase（ALT）， aspartate aminotransferase（AST）and total bilirubin（TBIL）before and after treatment， as well as the negative conversion rates of HBV-DNA and HBeAg and the total incidence of adverse reactions （ADRs）were compared between the two groups. Results The overall response rates in the observation group was 97.06%， which was higher than that of 79.41% in the control group， with statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of LN， HA and Ⅳ-C in the observation group were? lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of ALT， AST and TBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment， the negative conversion rates of HBV-DNA and HBeAg in the observation group were 97.06% and 64.71%， which were both higher than those of 73.53% and 35.29% in the control group respectively， with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）. The total incidence of ADRs in the observation group was 5.88%， which was lower than that of 26.47% in the control group， with statistically significant difference （P<0.05）. Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil combined with Anluo Huaxian Pills in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis can improve the clinical efficacy， hepatic function and liver fibrosis index， and on this basis， maximize the negative conversion rate of HBV-DNA. It is safe and convenient to use， which is a better combination medication scheme.
