（一）My Dream

Since I was a little child， I had a dream that I wanted to be a doctor. When I was little， I watched many TV series and movies about doctors. I thought they were so great. Therefore， I made up my mind to be a doctor. In my opinion， doctor is the people who can help patience get out of sickness and pain. I want to be the person who can help others. However， being a doctor needs so much professional knowledge and there is a long way to go. So I have to try my best on my study and go to a good college.

（二）Beauiful Girl

Amy is the most beautiful girl in my class. She has long and black hair， a round face. She looks lovely and beautiful when she smiles. She is so outgoing that she is popular among classmates. She is so energetic that she is likely to take part in various activities. Therefore， she makes many good friends. Besides， she is always ready to help others. Many classmates get help from her both in study and life. She works hard in study and she does well in all subjects， so that when we have questions on study， we would like to ask her. I think her personalities make her beautiful.

（三）Coping with Pressure

Because of the high developing speed of the world， pressure has become a serious problem in nowadays. As our students， we also have to face with much pressure， such as the study pressure， exam pressure， relationship pressure and so on. But how can we cope with pressure？ This is the most important.

Firstly， we should face the pressure appropriately. Pressure is inevitable in our daily life， so we cant be afraid of them and try our best to cope with them. Secondly， tell our pressure to others. Talking is a very effective way to ease pressure， and during the talking， we may get some suggestions and solutions. Finally， trust ourselves. We should believe ourselves that we can deal with any troubles by ourselves or by others help.

（四）My Favourite City

Shanghai is my favourite city in China. Its the biggest cities in China with an area of 6，340square kilometers and a population of 23.48 million. Moreover， Shanghai is the central city of our country. Its the center of economy， technology， industry， finance and trade centre. Shanghai is also an emerging tourist city， with profound modern urban culture and many historical monuments. It has successfully held the 2010 World Expo. It has become an international city with its high reputation in the world. In my opinion， it looks like a highly motivated youth with courage， strong willpower and ambition. I look forward to working in such an energetic city in the future.

（五）My Favorite Season

Among the four seasons in the year， my favorite season is autumn. In autumn， the weather is very comfortable. It feels so great after the hot summer. Therefore， I like going outside for hiking in autumn. I can enjoy the beautiful scenery of nature. Besides， autumn is a season of harvest. Farmers are busy with their farm work. After such long time of hardworking， its time for them to enjoy their fruits of labor. After the harvest， they are going to prepare for the new year. Therefore， harvest means a lot to the farmers， because it is able to bring a good new year to farmers.

（六）An Interesting Book

The DA VINCI CODE is really a good book！ Its very interesting. Although I dont have the knowledge of religion， I am crazy about it！ However， my foreign teacher told me that some people who believe in Jesus dont like this book. They hold the opinion that the book tells them something wrong. Because I know nothing about religion， I am not sure if it is true. I think that everything has pros and cons， we should learn the good things from the book and dont care about the bad things. We can benefit from reading. We can learn lots of knowledge from books. Lets read. Books are the food of our spirit.

（七）Honesty

Honesty is one of the most valuable personalities of human. Only honesty makes people accepted and trusted by others. Besides， dishonesty does great harm to people. The most classic example is the Cry Wolf， a story about a boy. He paid great price for his dishonesty. There is a say that trust is like a piece of paper， and wrinkles ease also cant restore it the way it was. It suggests that once you treat the other， its hardly for you to get his trust again. Therefore， lets be honest in daily life.
