摘要:在國(guó)家推進(jìn)建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)化的背景下,裝配式建筑作為一種新型的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)形式,憑借其安全、高效、便捷等優(yōu)勢(shì)備受矚目。以某裝配式建筑施工為例,分析裝配式建筑的預(yù)制構(gòu)件拆分方案,提出預(yù)制構(gòu)件施工過程的監(jiān)理質(zhì)量控制方法,針對(duì)預(yù)制構(gòu)件施工的常見質(zhì)量問題,給出相關(guān)應(yīng)對(duì)措施,為裝配式建筑施工的工程監(jiān)理質(zhì)量控制提供參考。

Analysis on the Key Points of Engineering Supervision Quality Control in Prefabricated Building Construction

Abstract: In the context of the country’s promotion of building industrialization, as a new type of architectural struc? ture, prefabricated buildings have attracted attention due to their safety, efficiency and convenience. Taking the con? struction of a prefabricated building as an example, analyzes the prefabricated component splitting plan of the prefab? ricated building, proposes the supervision quality control method of the prefabricated component construction pro? cess, and provides related countermeasures for the common quality problems of the prefabricated component con? struction, so as to provide reference for the quality control of engineering supervision of prefabricated building con? struction.

某裝配式項(xiàng)目主要包含14棟17~25層高層住宅建筑、6棟1~2層公共建筑和1層地下室。本項(xiàng)目總計(jì)容面積為165 755.23 m2,其中,8#~10#樓為裝配式建筑,裝配式建筑計(jì)容面積為28 809.63 m2,裝配式建筑面積占比為17.38%。
1預(yù)制構(gòu)件拆分方案
1.1預(yù)制構(gòu)件種類及分布樓層
本裝配式項(xiàng)目預(yù)制構(gòu)件主要分布于8#~10#樓,采用雙向板拼縫方案。其中,預(yù)制疊合板厚度為70 mm,單層預(yù)制板最大質(zhì)量為2.5 t,主要分布于2~17層,分布位置為除衛(wèi)生間、廚房、水電井、樓梯休息平臺(tái)、公共走道以外的涉板區(qū)域;預(yù)制樓梯主要分布于2~16層,單層預(yù)制樓梯最大質(zhì)量為2.07 t,分布位置為預(yù)制梯段板;預(yù)制陽臺(tái)板厚度為100 mm,單層預(yù)制陽臺(tái)板最大質(zhì)量為2.3 t,主要分布于2~17層,分布位置為陽臺(tái)。
1.2預(yù)制構(gòu)件節(jié)點(diǎn)連接
預(yù)制構(gòu)件穩(wěn)固的節(jié)點(diǎn)連接可保障裝配式建筑的整體性及可靠性。本項(xiàng)目預(yù)制構(gòu)件節(jié)點(diǎn)連接主要分為:預(yù)制雙向疊合板間300 mm拼縫節(jié)點(diǎn)連接、預(yù)制雙向疊合板與現(xiàn)澆板連接節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造連接、雙向疊合板板端支座及中間支座構(gòu)造連接、樓梯高端與低端支承固定端安裝節(jié)點(diǎn)連接、預(yù)制陽臺(tái)板端支座構(gòu)造連接、疊合板底板預(yù)留設(shè)備孔洞處鋼筋節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造連接等[1]。……
