有人說(shuō),交通是城市形象的第一窗口。去一座城市,交通是首要考慮因素。如何抵達(dá)?抵達(dá)后如何到達(dá)目的地?交通的便利與通暢,直接成為人們對(duì)這座城市的第一印象。在過(guò)去的“十三五”期間,濟(jì)南市在如何讓濟(jì)南更通達(dá)方面下足了力氣,“鐵陸空地水”全面發(fā)力,為全市人民交上了一份滿意答卷。
看空中,濟(jì)南航空運(yùn)輸提級(jí)擴(kuò)容。濟(jì)南國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)北指廊航站樓、二平滑已全部建成,正在全力打造國(guó)際最高級(jí)別的4F級(jí)機(jī)場(chǎng)。目前,濟(jì)南機(jī)場(chǎng)擁有航線204條,通航城市120個(gè),旅客吞吐量千余萬(wàn)人次。
看鐵路,高鐵建設(shè)大道通衢。濟(jì)青高鐵、石濟(jì)客專建成通車,濟(jì)萊高鐵、濟(jì)鄭高鐵、黃臺(tái)聯(lián)絡(luò)線3條高鐵開(kāi)工建設(shè),300趟高鐵直達(dá)全國(guó)254個(gè)城市。如今,從濟(jì)南出發(fā),可實(shí)現(xiàn)3小時(shí)抵滬,1.5小時(shí)抵京。
看公路,阡陌交通縱橫捭闔。“十三五”期間,濟(jì)南市“三環(huán)十二射”高快路網(wǎng)加快構(gòu)建,濟(jì)泰高速、繞城大東環(huán)、青蘭高速萊蕪段、濟(jì)樂(lè)高速南延、京滬高速萊蕪段等5條高速公路建成通車,繞城大西環(huán)、濟(jì)南至高青、濟(jì)南至濰坊高速公路開(kāi)工建設(shè)。同時(shí),“四好農(nóng)村路”建設(shè)三年整修農(nóng)村公路7000多公里,占濟(jì)南市農(nóng)村公路總量的一半。農(nóng)村通戶道路硬化100%全覆蓋,擺脫了“晴天一身土、雨天一身泥”的出行環(huán)境。
看軌交,地下交通圓夢(mèng)泉城。5年間,濟(jì)南市軌道交通實(shí)現(xiàn)零的突破,1號(hào)線、3號(hào)線一期開(kāi)通運(yùn)行,2 號(hào)線一期實(shí)現(xiàn)試運(yùn)行,總長(zhǎng)度84.1公里的“H”型軌道骨干網(wǎng)絡(luò)基本建成。軌道交通二期建設(shè)規(guī)劃正在全力以赴加快建設(shè)之中。
此外,城市路網(wǎng)合縱連橫。“十三五”期間,二環(huán)西路南延、順河高架南延、二環(huán)東路南延、二環(huán)南路東延、工業(yè)北路等快速路先后建成通車,“兩橫三縱”空中走廊成環(huán)成網(wǎng)。長(zhǎng)清黃河公路大橋、石濟(jì)客專公鐵兩用橋建成通車,齊魯大橋、鳳凰大橋和濟(jì)濼路隧道加快建設(shè),黃崗路隧道、航天大道隧道、濟(jì)濼路北延隧道和黃河大橋復(fù)橋即將開(kāi)工,規(guī)劃跨黃通道實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)量翻番。5年時(shí)間,濟(jì)南市打通136條瓶頸路,解決了和平路東延、經(jīng)十一路、舜德路北延、舜世路等一批群眾期盼數(shù)十年的“老大難”道路,優(yōu)化了路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),緩解了交通壓力。同時(shí),濟(jì)南市公交基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不斷完善,公交線路達(dá)到581條,城區(qū)公交500米覆蓋率達(dá)到100%。
展望“十四五”,濟(jì)南市在打造大交通格局的路上將繼續(xù)發(fā)力,為打造“五個(gè)濟(jì)南”、建設(shè)“大強(qiáng)美富通”現(xiàn)代化國(guó)際大都市提供強(qiáng)有力的交通支撐和保障。
Transportation is regarded as a channel for presenting the image of the city. The condition of transportation has been a top priority when deciding whether go to this city. What means of transport do we use? How can we get to the destination when we arrived? Convenient transportation helps create a favourable first impression of the city. During the 13th Five-Year Plan, Jinan has made enormous efforts to improve transport system, developing railway, road traffic, air transport, rail transit and waterway in an all-round manner, so as to satisfy the peoples need for transportation.
Jinans air transport has been upgraded and expanded, and the construction of high-speed rail has been advanced, with 300 high-speed rail lines linking 254 cities across the country. Highways radiate in all directions, with integrated road network being established at a faster pace. All rural roads have been hardened, the coverage reaches 100%. Rail transit starts operation, which is a history-making breakthrough for Jinan. “Two horizontal three longitudinal” air corridor has been set up. 136 bottleneck roads were renovated, solving the peoples transportation difficulties. At the same time, Jinans public transport infrastructure has been constantly improved, opening 581 bus lines and realizing 100% coverage of public transport within 500 meters around communities.
