【摘? ? 要】隨著農村小學隨班就讀學生的數量不斷增加，學校要不斷強化教師對于隨班就讀學生教育工作的認識，制定隨班就讀學生個別化教育計劃，加強對計劃的開展和實施，以更積極的心態、更系統的治理體系、更負責任的行動，不斷提高農村小學隨班就讀的質量，使隨班就讀取得更好的成效。本文對農村小學隨班就讀學生個別化教育計劃的制定與實施進行了深入探究。

Formulation and Implementation of Individualized Educational Plan for Students in Regular Classes in Rural Primary Schools

【Abstract】As the number of students in regular classes in rural primary schools continues to increase， schools should continue to strengthen teachers’ understanding of the education of regular students， formulate individual education plans for regular students， and strengthen the development and implementation of the plan. With a more positive attitude， a more systematic governance system， and a more responsible action， we will continuously improve the quality of regular classes in rural primary schools， so that the regular classes can achieve better results. This article conducts an in-depth study on the formulation and implementation of individualized education plans for students in regular classes in rural primary schools.
