推動帆船碼頭建設布局 促進海上旅游高質量發展

根據青島市游艇帆船碼頭規劃，支持引導相關有條件的單位通過建設帆船臨時下水點，緩解帆船碼頭供需矛盾。為推動帆船碼頭建設布局，促進帆船、水上摩托艇項目海上旅游業務高質量發展，日前，青島市體育事業發展中心調研組一行多次對青島相關浴場、魚碼頭等進行實地調研考察，并積極對接浴場管理方及從事海上旅游項目的公司、俱樂部等，鼓勵其對下水點進行規范化建設及改進，完善基礎設施建設，大力倡導開展帆船水上摩托艇海上體育旅游，把海上旅游業務做大做強。此舉提振了從業單位信心，得到了積極響應，前期仰口浴場開始進行臨時下水點建設，青山村碼頭正在規劃碼頭改造，相關海水浴場也逐步開展了碼頭建設選址調研評估。

近日，青島市體育事業發展中心主任張敏一行3人赴嶗山仰口浴場及青山碼頭進行下水點建設跟進調研。

仰口帆船臨時下水點位于嶗山風景游覽區內沙灘區域，由青島景源旅游有限公司通過前期聘請專業團隊設計完成，浮碼頭兼具耐腐性、環保、耐沖擊力、使用壽命和安全性更強等優勢，屬山東首例，總投資逾百萬。據公司負責人介紹，下一步計劃大力發展海上體育旅游，目前已推進定制20米長龍骨型單體大帆船及多條9米左右的帆船，并同時采購多條四沖程水上摩托艇，開展海上旅游活動，結合周邊旅游資源，著力打造休閑、度假、海上娛樂為一體的旅游度假地。調研組一行首先對臨時下水點的建成給予了肯定，對下一步項目更好發展提供了一些建設性的建議，并針對船艇備案問題進行了現場答疑。張敏特別提出，要規劃建設好周邊配套設施，制定完善安全應急預案，并以此為樣板在全市推廣浮碼頭建設，開發編制海上精品旅游線路，加大海上體育旅游宣傳推廣力度，爭取打造成游客放心滿意的帆船水上摩托艇海上旅游示范點。

據了解，青山村碼頭位于嶗山東側，山海相依，自然環境優美，被譽為最美宜居鄉村。碼頭現有停靠7米以上龍骨型大帆船7條、摩托艇2條，下一步將進行游艇、帆船、水上摩托艇等海上旅游經營活動，將打造成集綠色、休閑、度假、海上娛樂為一體的旅游度假勝地。調研組一行赴青山碼頭調研時指出，要結合青山碼頭周邊旅游資源，引進帆船賽事活動，通過賽事帶動帆船及其他海上體育旅游項目開展，促進青島市體旅融合發展。

According to Qingdao’s sailing pier planning， it is necessary to support and guide relevant qualified units to handle the contradiction between supply and demand of the sailing piers by constructing temporary launching points. To promote sailing piers construction layout and high-quality development of marine tourism business including sailing and jet-skis， the research group of Qingdao Municipal Sports Development Center has conducted field research and investigation on relevant baths and fish piers in Qingdao for many times， actively connecting the baths’ managers， companies and clubs engaged in marine tourism projects， encouraging the standardization and improvement of launching points， improving infrastructure construction， vigorously advocating the development of marine sports tourism on sailboats and jet-skis， and eventually making marine tourism bigger and stronger. This has boosted the confidence of practitioners and received positive response. In the early stage， Yangkou Bathing Beach has carried out the construction of temporary launching point， Qingshan Village has been planning the pier renovation， and the relevant bathing beaches have also carried out research and evaluation of pier construction sites.
