The Mistake Made Me Grow Up

One day， I sat in the classroom alone. Suddenly I saw my classmates new pen on her desk. What a beautiful pen！I really wanted to own it. Then I took the pen and put it in my schoolbag. While my classmate was looking for her pen， I was afraid and didnt have the courage to tell her the truth. When I got home， I told my mother about the pen. She said I made a mistake and told me I should be honest. Then I realized I was wrong and felt very sorry， so I decided to give the pen back to my classmate and say sorry to her. The next day， I did so and my classmate forgave me.

Thats the mistake I once made. It made me grow up and I learned the importance of honesty.
