?四川會理煙葉含梗率特征及其與其他物理指標的關系?

摘 要：在四川會理煙區采集云煙87和紅花大金元這2個品種的煙葉樣品共206個，采用簡單相關分析、逐步回歸分析、等樣本數平滑回歸分析等方法研究了煙葉含梗率與主要物理指標之間的關系。結果表明：會理煙葉含梗率平均為34.17%，從煙葉含梗率分布情況來看，含梗率31.0%～35.0%、35.0%～38.0%和>38.0%的樣本比例分別為43.69%、32.04%和10.19%。煙葉含梗率在品種和等級間存在顯著差異，紅花大金元含梗率顯著低于云煙87，C1F顯著低于其他等級;簡單相關分析結果顯示，煙葉含梗率與單葉重及葉片厚度呈顯著負相關，與葉寬、葉面積、開片度呈顯著或極顯著正相關;逐步回歸篩選了單葉重、葉面積和厚度等，對煙葉含梗率的獨立解釋能力分別為9.2%、8.2%和5.7%;等樣本回歸分析結果表明，3項物理指標與煙葉含梗率均符合線性關系，隨單葉重和葉厚的增加含梗率呈直線下降趨勢，隨葉面積增大含梗率呈直線增加趨勢。

Abstract： 206 samples of two tobacco varieties Yunyan 87 and Honghuadajinyuan （Hongda） were collected in Huili tobacco area of Sichuan Province. The relationship between stem percentage and main physical indicators was studied by simple correlation analysis， stepwise regression analysis and equal sample number smooth regression analysis. The results showed that the average stem percentage of Huili flue-cured tobacco was 34.17%. From the distribution of stem percentage of flue-cured tobacco， the percentage of samples with stem percentage of 31.0-35.0%， 35.0-38.0% and > 38.0% was 43.69%， 32.04% and 10.19% respectively. There were significant differences in stem percentage between varieties and grades of flue-cured tobacco， the stem percentage of Hongda was significantly lower than that of Yunyan 87， and grade C1F was significantly lower than other grades. Simple correlation analysis results show that stem percentage of flue-cured tobacco is significantly negatively correlated with single leaf weight and leaf thickness， and significantly or extremely significantly positively correlated with leaf width， leaf area and leaf openness. Furthermore， three indicators， single leaf weight， leaf area and leaf thickness， were screened by stepwise regression degree，? and the independent interpretation ability of single leaf weight， leaf area and leaf thickness to stem percentage of flue-cured tobacco is 9.2%， 8.2% and 5.7%， respectively. The equal sample number smooth regression analysis results show that the three physical indicators （single leaf weight， leaf thickness and leaf area ） and stem percentage of flue-cured tobacco fit the linear relationship; with the increase of single leaf weight and leaf thickness， the stem percentage shows a linear downward trend， with the increase of leaf area， the stem percentage shows a linear upward trend.

煙葉含梗率是一個重要的技術經濟指標，指煙葉的煙梗所占重量比例，煙葉含梗率在煙葉物理指標評價體系中的權重高達0.35[1]。煙葉的含梗率與煙葉的有效利用率關系密切，含梗率高的煙葉，有效利用率低;反之，煙葉有效利用率高[2]。但也有研究認為煙葉含梗率需保持在一定范圍，含梗率過低也會增加造碎率，從而降低煙葉出片率[3]。《中國煙草種植區劃》認為煙葉含梗率最佳范圍為22%～25%[1]，下部煙葉含梗率最高，中部煙葉次之，上部煙葉最低。20……
