公路瀝青路面大中修質量控制探討

摘? 要：瀝青路面在公路工程中得到廣泛應用，此類路面使用一段時間后，受車輛荷載及其它因素的影響，路面會出現各種病害問題。為確保瀝青路面的行車安全，并延長路面使用壽命，需要進行大中修處理。文章以公路工程實例為依托，對公路瀝青路面大中修質量控制進行論述，期望能夠為同類工程提供借鑒參考。

Abstract： Asphalt pavement is widely used in highway engineering. After using this kind of pavement for a period of time， affected by vehicle load and other factors， pavement will appear various diseases.In order to ensure the traffic safety of asphalt pavement and prolong the service life of pavement， it is necessary to carry out large and medium-sized maintenance.Based on the example of highway engineering， this paper discusses the quality control of large and medium maintenance of highway asphalt pavement， hoping to provide reference for similar projects.

隨著交通運輸業的快速發展，公路工程項目隨之增多，瀝青路面以其自身所具備的諸多特點，在公路中得到廣泛應用。對于部分車流量大、重載車輛多的公路而言，瀝青路面的病害發生幾率較高。故此，需要對此類公路的瀝青路面進行大中修，消除病害，恢復路面的使用性能，在保證行車安全的前提下，延長公路使用壽命。

1 工程概況

某公路工程項目于2002年初開工，2003年末竣工投用，路面為瀝青混凝土結構。該公路是一條運輸要道，交通流量相對較大，很多重載車輛在該路段通行，在多年的使用中，瀝青路面遭受嚴重破壞，出現諸多病害問題。根據現場調查結果顯示，該公路現有的主要病害包括裂縫、坑槽、沉陷、車轍等。為延長公路使用年限，并確保行車安全，經過研究后決定對該公路的瀝青路面進行維修，病害問題較少的路段采用中修方案，病害問題多且嚴重的路段采用大修方案。下面重點對該公路瀝青路面大中修施工質量控制進行分析。……
