新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情期間社區(qū)呼吸道疾病門診量的減少及原因探討

摘 要 目的：分析新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情對社區(qū)一般急性呼吸道疾病患者就診的影響。方法：通過上海市閔行區(qū)新虹社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心數(shù)據(jù)平臺采集2018—2020年2月1日至4月30日期間因急性呼吸道疾病就診患者的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)并進行統(tǒng)計、分析。結(jié)果：2020年新虹社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心急性呼吸道疾病就診人數(shù)及就診人次數(shù)均有顯著下降。2020年2-4月，急性上呼吸道疾病就診人數(shù)占新虹社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心同期就診總?cè)藬?shù)的百分比由30.01%下降至18.86%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.01）。急性下呼吸道疾病就診人次數(shù)占新虹社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心同期就診總?cè)舜螖?shù)的百分比由2.70%下降至1.07%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.01）。2020年新虹社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心急性呼吸道疾病患者的平均復(fù)診率為1.30，去年同期的平均復(fù)診率則為1.34，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.01）。結(jié)論：新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情期間的針對性防護措施不僅能夠有效預(yù)防疫情傳播，同時也對常見呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病形成了遏制作用。醫(yī)務(wù)人員應(yīng)更加重視社區(qū)居民的健康宣教，提升居民的疾病防控意識，改善居民健康狀況，促進社會和諧。

Discussion of the decrease in the number of outpatient clinics for respiratory diseases in the community during COVID-19 epidemic and its reasons

ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on the treatment visits of patients with general acute respiratory disease in the community. Methods： Relevant data of patients with acute respiratory diseases from February 1， 2018 to April 30， 2020 were collected through the data platform of Xinhong Community Health Service Center in Minhang District， Shanghai were collected and statistically analyzed. Results： The number of medical consultations and number of visits per person of patients with acute respiratory diseases in Xinhong Community Health Service Center decreased significantly in 2020. From February to April 2020， the number of patients with acute upper respiratory tract diseases in the total number of patients in Xinhong Community Health Service Center decreased from 30.01% to 18.86%， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）. The number of acute lower respiratory tract visits as a percentage of the total number of visits to Xinhong Community Health Service Center during the same period decreased from 2.70% to 1.07%， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）. In 2020， the average return rate of patients with acute respiratory diseases in Xinhong Community Health Service Center was 1.30， the average return rate in the same period last year was 1.34， and the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.01）. Conclusion： The targeted protective measures during the outbreak of COVID-19 can not only effectively prevent the spread of the outbreak， but also form a containment effect on common respiratory diseases. Medical staff should pay more attention to the health education of community residents， raise the awareness of disease prevention and control of residents， improve the health status of residents， and promote social harmony.
