【摘? 要】傳統意義上的城市供水調度系統是以人工經驗決策、傳統的通訊方式發布指令,SCADA數據難以系統全面地反映水力狀態,人工經驗可繼承性差,指令發布難以追溯統計,存在供水調度不精準、能源浪費問題。為此,論文設計了一個城市供水優化調度方案,以人工智能AILab算法庫為核心,通過搭建水司調度中心大數據網絡平臺、構建城市供水優化調度模型框架以及對泵設備的能源優化,從而實現城市供水調度系統的高效、智能以及節能目標。
【Abstract】In the traditional sense, urban water supply dispatching system uses manual experience to make decisions and traditional communication methods to issue instructions. SCADA data is difficult to systematically and comprehensively reflect the hydraulic state. The inheritance of manual experience is poor, and instruction release is difficult to trace and statistics. There are existing problems of inaccurate water supply dispatching and energy waste. To this end, this paper designs an urban water supply optimal dispatching scheme, which takes the artificial intelligence AILab algorithm library as the core, through constructing the dispatching center big data network platform in water supply company, constructing the urban water supply optimal dispatching model framework and optimizing the energy of the pump equipment, so as to achieve the goal of high efficiency, intelligence and energy-saving of the urban water supply dispatching system.

1 引言
近年來,隨著我國經濟的快速發展,我國城市化水平不斷提高,城市供水能耗的問題越來越面臨更大的挑戰。在國家節能減排政策的號召下,積極推動城市供水工業化和信息化的融合,提高城市供水服務能效,利用人工智能技術解決城市供水調度優化已成為核心技術[1]。傳統的城市供水調度系統,是通過簡單的數據采集與監視控制系統(SCADA)進行數據的采集,通過人工經驗決策以及傳統的通訊方式進行指令發布。由于人工經驗可繼承性差,指令發布難以追溯、統計、分析,因此,造成能源過于消耗、資源浪費問題。針對以上問題,本文提出了構建實時的、多變量的、非線性的近最優城市供水優化調度模型,以達到城市供水優化調度以及節約能源的目的。
