口腔護理保健在糖尿病合并牙周病患者血糖管理中的應用

[摘要] 目的 分析口腔護理保健在糖尿病合并牙周病患者血糖管理中的應用。 方法 以90例糖尿病合并牙周病患者作為研究對象，研究時間為2019年1—12月，采用抽簽法進行分組，分為參照組45例和研究組45例，參照組實施常規護理，研究組實施口腔護理保健，對比兩組患者血糖水平、牙周病治療效果、牙周指標、不良反應與護理滿意度，進行統計學分析。 結果 研究組患者護理后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均優于參照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。研究組患者的治療有效率高于參照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。研究組護理后菌斑指數、齦溝出血指數均優于參照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。研究組患者不良反應率低于參照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。研究組患者護理滿意度優于參照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 為糖尿病合并牙周病患者實施口腔護理保健，可有效控制血糖，提高治療有效率，改善牙周指標，得到患者的滿意評價，護理效果顯著，可在臨床推廣及使用。

Application of Oral Care and Health Care in Blood Glucose Management of Patients with Diabetes and Periodontal Disease

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application of oral nursing care in the management of blood glucose in patients with diabetes and periodontal disease. Methods Ninety patients with diabetes and periodontal disease were taken as the research objects. The study time was from January to December 2019. They were grouped by lottery and divided into 45 cases in the reference group and 45 cases in the study group. The reference group received routine nursing care， the research group implemented oral care and health care， and compared the blood glucose levels， periodontal disease treatment effects， periodontal indicators， adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients， and performed statistical analysis. Results The fasting blood glucose after nursing and the blood glucose 2 h after meal of the study group were better than the reference group， which was statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group， which was statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. The study group's plaque index and gingival crevicular bleeding index were better than the reference group after nursing， which was statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group， which was statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was better than that in the reference group， which was statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion Implement oral care and health care for diabetes patients with periodontal disease， Which can effectively control blood glucose， improve treatment efficiency， and improve periodontal indicators. The patients are satisfied with the evaluation. The nursing effect is significant， and it can be promoted and used in clinical practice.
