Nowadays, more and more people get into some unhealthy eating habits, which can do great harm to their health. Among these habits are skipping breakfast, drinking, eating snacks that are rich in sugar and fat, being particular about foods, enjoying barbecue at midnight and so on. Health is far more important than everything. Good health enables us to enjoy our life and achieve what we hope for in our career. On the contrary, poor health will drive us to come to nothing. And healthy eating matters a lot in keeping fit.

How can we keep healthy through eating?Here are some suggestions. Firstly, it is important for us to take more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins. Secondly, we have to keep a balanced diet and enjoy different kinds of food. Thirdly, we ought to avoid food with lots of sugar and fat. Last but not least, we have to get rid of some bad habits such as drinking and overeating.

In conclusion, we are what we eat. If we stick to the advice given above, we will lead a healthy life.
