以冬奧會為契機加速我國冰雪運動發展的策略研究

摘? 要：伴隨著社會進步，我國越來越重視體育運動的重要性，第二十四屆冬奧會將在北京舉行，這對于我國冰雪運動而言是一個千載難逢的契機，我國政府應該借此機會進一步推進我國冰雪運動的發展，激發冰雪運動的發展潛力，促進冰雪運動的進一步騰飛與發展。針對面臨的問題積極解決，進一步提高運動員的競技水平，在全社會營造出全民冰雪運動的社會氛圍。

Abstract： Along with the social progress， China pays more and more attention to the importance of sports. The 24th Winter Olympic Games will be held in Beijing， which is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for China's ice and snow sports. Our government should take this opportunity to further promote the development of China's ice and snow sports， stimulate the development potential of ice and snow sports， and promote the further development of ice and snow sports Development. In view of the problems faced， we should actively solve them， further improve the competitive level of athletes， and create a social atmosphere of national ice and snow sports in the whole society.

2015年7月31日，國際奧委會第128次全會在吉隆坡舉行，會上經投票我國贏得2022年第24屆冬季奧林匹克運動會的舉辦權，這是中國體育和經濟社會發展一同世界奧林匹克運動發展開創雙贏局面的重要契機。奧運會作為在國際上十分有影響力的體育比賽之一，各個國家都希望借助奧運會推動本國文化與世界文化的交流，在我國舉辦奧運會，可以有效提高國民的體育觀念，為倡導全民運動提供有效契機。但是受到發展水平的影響，我國的冰雪運動發展并不完善，我國政府應該以本次冬奧會為契機加速我國冰雪運動發展。

1? 鼓勵群眾積極參加冰雪運動

一項體育運動的長久發展，離不開群眾的支持，我國群眾較低的參與積極性，在一定程度上制約了冰雪運動的發展。政府可以積極鼓勵民間各個社團參與到冰雪運動當中來，提高大眾參與積極性。政府可在全國范圍內掀起冰雪運動大眾化的口號，將沉迷于網絡游戲的青少年和跳廣場舞的老年人都吸引加入冰雪運動中，積極參與各項活動。……
