急性缺血性卒中的致殘率和致死率極高，提高患者預后康復質量的關鍵在于盡早采取溶栓治療，最大可能的恢復患者神經功能。靜脈溶栓可改善患者早期神經功能受損癥狀，阿替普酶屬于重組的組織性纖維蛋白原激活劑，屬于生理性組織中原激活物進行基因重組后的產物，其主要作用為清除血腫小血栓的生理活性，通常在常溫下按照生物活制劑標準儲存，且嚴禁用含糖水、滅菌類注射用水進行配制或稀釋，配液后需立即進行注射，并使用單獨輸液管路，嚴禁與其他任何藥物混合使用，并保持劑量精準，從而盡可能避免患者出現不良反應[7,8]。

華潤城潤府位于深圳南山高新區，屬于華潤大沖改造項目的住宅部分。設計著重考慮了其城市屬性，建筑回歸為城市一部分。同時也是對中國住宅房地產開發和近20年城市化運動的一種呼應。

隨著工業化的快速推進，水泥森林拔地而起。華潤城潤府在設計上力求突破“千城一面”的藩籬，打破標準化的大規模生產模式，基于對環境的整體把握，靈活運用專業建筑知識指導實踐并加以創新，打造最適宜的建筑風格。在改善人居環境的實用功能之外，展現更加多元化的都市活力，希望能夠達到城市空間豐富性和人類生活多樣性之間的平衡。

潤府的設計靈感源于典雅主義建筑風格，從諸多典雅主義的突出作品吸收養分，如日裔美國建筑師山崎實、紐約世貿大廈、美國建筑師斯通設計的美孚石油公司大廈、Phillip Johnson設計的紐約AT&T等。比例工整嚴謹，造型簡練輕快，以傳神代替形似，建筑風格莊重精美，通過運用傳統美學法則來使現代的材料與結構產生規整、端莊、典雅的高貴感。

As a part of the residential renovation projects of China resources Dachong, Cr City Runfu locates in the high-tech zone of Nanshan district in Shenzhen.The design values the urban context, which finally integrates the architecture itself into the city.At the same time, it echoes the Chinese residential development and urbanization in the recent two decades.

With the rapid advance of industrialization, cement forests raised straight up from the ground.In terms of design approach, Cr City Runfu strives to break through the limits of unvaried and toneless forms and the standardized mass production mode.In correspondence with the overall context, the design applies professional architectural knowledge to lead the practice and innovations, In addition to improving the practical daily use environment, it also diversifies the urban life with the aim to achieve a balance between urban space and humanities.

基于對比例尺度的反復考慮和對細微處的執著，秉承建筑的理性原則，整個建筑結構嚴密緊湊，空間穿插有序，墻身簡潔規整，排磚比例劃分嚴謹，非對稱性建筑結構帶來視覺錯動的韻律。高聳的建筑外立面以及豎線條的色彩分割，凝練硬朗，營造挺拔的社區形象。

整體立面由米白色陶板、深灰色石材、玻璃幕墻和深灰鋁合金百合構成，強烈的色彩對比，與周邊建筑風格及城市肌理相融，既簡潔大方又不失變化。塔樓以簡潔的的造型和線條塑造出時尚冷峻的建筑表情。商業裙樓設計簡約化，商業立面與住宅塔樓達成整體統一。中國人居講究門庭和入戶設計，大堂入口大氣穩重，與門頂齊高的雨棚在提供遮擋之余，亦營造尊貴大氣之感。

After careful consideration on the scale and the insistence on the nuanced details, the whole structure is compact and integrated according to the rational architectural design principles.The space is interspersed but well organized with neat wall body and well-distributed brick rows.The asymmetric architectural structure shapes the dynamic rhythm visually.The high-rise building facade and vertical segmentation of the color creates a grand portrait for the community.

The overall facade of the building is composed of beige ceramic plates, dark gray stones, glass curtain walls and dark gray aluminum alloy shutters.The strong color contrast of the building facade blends with the surrounding architectural style and urban texture, which is simple and diverse.The towers create a fashionable and austere architectural temperament with simple shapes and lines.The design of the commercial podium is simplified, and the commercial facade is unified with the residential towers.Chinese residents pay much attention to the design of the courtyard and lobby.The design of Runfu's lobby is elegant and stable.The canopy that is as high as the top of the door provides shelter while also creating a sense of noble atmosphere.

三期采用的是產業化設計，因此凸窗、陽臺、樓梯、外墻、空調機位等都采用預制PC構件的形式。凸窗作為跟立面密切相關的部分，成為考慮的重點。通過控制凸窗跟幕墻交接的構造設計來實現與二期統一的立面效果。選取最典型的PC凸窗建模，表達主題結構、PC構件、玻璃幕墻、石材幕墻之間的基本關系。PC設計在提高施工質量的同時，大大加快工程進度，并對于建筑品質的提升和節約資源也起到積極作用。

中國的住宅地產已經從快節奏的工業化開發逐漸步入更高的層次，開始追求融入和傾注更多專業的建筑設計理念，從建筑多年來的發展歷史中延續藝術文脈；同時與城市化運動相配合，與全新商業模式和現代化生活方式相承接，實現建筑設計的現代化、國際化。用多樣化的建筑語言表達城市內涵，用更具匠心的設計喚醒城市建筑的生命力，引領新時代城市空間設計潮流。

The third phase of Runfu adopts industrial design, so PC components are produced, such as bay windows, balconies, stairs, exterior walls, air-conditioning units, etc.As a part closely related to the facade, the bay window has become a key consideration in the design stage.By controlling the structural design of the bay window and the curtain wall connection, the facade effect unified with the second phase is realized.The architect selected the most typical PC bay window modeling to express the basic relationships among the theme structure, PC components, glass curtain wall, and stone curtain wall.While PC design improves the construction quality, it greatly accelerates the progress of the project, and also plays a positive role in improving the quality of the building and saving resources.

China's real estate has gradually entered a higher level from the fast-paced industrial development stage.It began to pursue the integration of more specialized architectural design concepts, as well as continuing historical artistic context.At the same time, the design of real estate is combined with the urbanization movement, connected with new business models and modern lifestyles, thus realizing the modernization and internationalization of architectural design.We try to express the connotation of the city with diversified architectural languages, awaken the vitality of urban architecture with customized design, and lead the urban space design of the new era.
