深圳航天國際中心位于南山區(qū)濱海大道與后海濱路交匯處之東南填海地塊，由一棟53 層（225m）的辦公塔樓和一棟36 層（129m）的公寓以及裙樓商業(yè)組成。建成后的深圳航天國際中心將成為后海金融商務(wù)區(qū)最具規(guī)模的辦公綜合體，辦公部分由中國航天科技集團(tuán)公司運(yùn)營。

由于地塊比較狹小，相鄰的兩棟高層塔樓布局會(huì)存在對(duì)視問題，針對(duì)地塊特點(diǎn)和平面功能要求，我們采取塔樓錯(cuò)位布置的布局方式，拉開塔樓間距，爭取更好的視野。北面塔樓核心筒偏置，減少對(duì)視干擾。群樓部分利用東、南臨街界面組織商業(yè)空間，最大限度發(fā)揮地塊優(yōu)勢。建筑師從一開始就設(shè)定了目標(biāo)，必須讓建筑的底層空間呈現(xiàn)出開放的狀態(tài)，減少裙房大進(jìn)深帶來的封閉感。

建筑師利用核心筒居中，商鋪包外邊的手法將外鋪價(jià)值最大化,成功消解地塊內(nèi)道路對(duì)商業(yè)街延續(xù)性的破壞，保證了沿海德三路，后海濱路黃金鋪位的價(jià)值。六層高的裙房設(shè)置了斜向貫穿的架空通廊，下沉廣場結(jié)合地鐵出口，將人流直接帶入商業(yè)核心部位，并引導(dǎo)向北側(cè)1800m2的公共廣場。鋪位沿通道展開，有效消化了商業(yè)進(jìn)深。采光玻璃頂將陽光引入中庭，層層抬升的商業(yè)露臺(tái)結(jié)合扶梯創(chuàng)造了多層次、連續(xù)的商業(yè)空間，賦予建筑鮮明的南方氣候特征。

為了與廣場形成空間和視線上的融合，辦公塔樓設(shè)計(jì)了高達(dá)30米的大堂，三面懸索幕墻提供了絕佳的觀景界面。為強(qiáng)化視覺通透感，將兩個(gè)角柱與第二跨柱合并成V 字型，極大的擴(kuò)展了橫向視野。設(shè)計(jì)采用了雙索幕墻系統(tǒng)，纖細(xì)精巧的索網(wǎng)形成了通透的內(nèi)外視覺聯(lián)系，飛展的雨棚和三個(gè)圓柱形的玻璃門斗，為使用者帶來航天科技的想象。

南山區(qū)深圳灣景觀資源豐富，項(xiàng)目東側(cè)有廣闊深遠(yuǎn)的城市視野，為了在200m 的高空設(shè)置一個(gè)具有獨(dú)特體驗(yàn)的公共空間，本案創(chuàng)造性的設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)單側(cè)無柱、270 度視野的超級(jí)觀景平臺(tái)。結(jié)構(gòu)采用了屋頂桁架下部懸掛的特殊結(jié)構(gòu)形式不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了無柱空間的效果，也兼顧了室內(nèi)及室外兩種空間需求。同時(shí)在頂部設(shè)置了連續(xù)的內(nèi)中庭空間，縱向貫通的辦公空間中庭與花園結(jié)合，為總部辦公樓層建立的豐富的內(nèi)部空間聯(lián)系。

The twin tower is the operation management center, research and development center, international technical cooperation and exchange center of China Aerospace Science and Technology Cooperation in southern China, and also the Grade A commercial office building in Houhai district as a landmark.

The design originates from people’s permanent appeal to height. With the intention of aerospace science and technology, it integrates the worship of “Up” into the towering skyscraper. The building mass is composed of the south and north towers with staggered arrangement and the podium connecting the both. In terms of the form, the design emphasizes the dialogical relationship between the two towers. The construction mass has highs and lows, corresponding with each other, and the tower top grows. All of them form a powerful total image, imply the structural aesthetics in aerospace industry and form the individual identification of the construction itself.

The construction is designed according to its main function systems, including office, apartment,business and public space, vertical transportation, top space, refuge area, etc. and each system connect to one another completely and orderly. The layout of staggered arrangement of towers is adopted for opening the distances between towers and getting a better view. The south tower creates bias of core tube for reducing eye contact disturbance. The south tower is 233.5m high and is mainly arranged with office space, while the north tower is 155m high and is mainly arranged with commercial apartments. The building group part forms commercial space with the east and south frontages. The houses on the first floor in north block is used for banks and halls of apartment, at the same time they also offer the possibility to combine the two functions and expand the space into the hall of hotel. The houses on other floors in north are used for the supporting commercial functions of apartments, and provide services for the central business district of south area at the same time. The square in the southwest corner of the block is used for organizing business stream of people. It meets a large number of people collection and distribution and creates great commercial atmosphere at the same time.

The construction fa?ade is given unique textures, which present rigorous and precise aerospace spirit. The main facades in south and north adopt unit-type glass curtain wall. The stainless steel veneer coordinates with various shades of LOW-E hollow glass form staggered fa?ade texture.The completely smooth exterior wall gives the construction confident and tough outline. In the north of office tower adopts oblique triangle grid cell curtain wall system, each floor is a basic unit grid.The oblique texture makes the construction light and active, which contrasts with the rigorous and delicate style of main facade.
