


摘 ?要: 高校教學督導工作作為逐步建立和完善教學質量保障體系、保證教學過程規范進行、提高教學質量的堅實后盾,在加強教學環節管理過程中起著重要的作用。為了改善課堂教學質量的客觀、科學、合理性,本文針對高校教學督導組在教師課堂教學過程中的評價問題,提出了一種基于極限學習機(ELM)的課堂教學評價模型。該模型在訓練過程中無需調整神經網絡的權值和閾值,只需要設置隱層神經元個數獲得最優解。以重慶某高校為例,通過MATLAB平臺仿真,結果表明該模型不僅克服了BP神經網絡模型容易陷入局部極小的缺陷,而且抑制了教學督導評價的主觀因素,提高了評價準確度。

【Abstract】: Teaching supervision plays an important role in the process of strengthening the management of teaching links as a solid backing to gradually establish and improve the teaching quality assurance system, ensure the standardized teaching process and improve the teaching quality. In order to improve the objective, scientific and reasonable quality of classroom teaching, this paper puts forward an evaluation model of classroom teaching based on ELM, aiming at the evaluation of teaching supervision group in the process of classroom teaching. In the process of training, it is not necessary to adjust the weight and threshold of neural network, but only to set the number of hidden neurons to get the optimal solution. Taking a university in Chongqing as an example, the result of MATLAB platform simulation shows that the model not only overcomes the defect of BP neural network model easily falling into local minimum, but also restrains the subjective factors of teaching supervision evaluation and improves the evaluation accuracy.

國務院于2012年10月1日實施了《教育督導暫行規定》,明確將教育教學水平、教育教學管理等教育教學工作情況納入教育督導工作范圍,為高校建立和完善教學質量保障與監控體系提供了重要依據。教學督導在當今倡導的“以學生為中心、以輸出為導向、持續改進”的教育理念中扮演著重要角色,教師課堂教學質量的評價是學校教學管理的一項重要內容,是高校教學質量保障體系的重要組成部分,所以提高課堂教學質量顯得非常重要。目前,高校教師課堂教學的評價主要由教學督導工作組[1]完成,督導評教結果也成為了衡量和提升教學質量的核心內容。……
