摘 ?要:構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代職教體系,開發(fā)高職通識(shí)課程,首先必須區(qū)別高職教育與中職教育、普高教育三個(gè)概念,厘清通識(shí)教育和專業(yè)教育、素質(zhì)教育的關(guān)系。在高職院校實(shí)施人文通識(shí)教育既是素質(zhì)教育重要的構(gòu)成部分,更是響應(yīng)教育面向現(xiàn)代化、面向世界、面向未來的訴求,適應(yīng)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家的需要。高職院校人文通識(shí)教育課程要結(jié)合高職教育目標(biāo)和各專業(yè)特點(diǎn),在國家規(guī)定的必修課程外有針對(duì)性地開發(fā)。

Abstract: In order to construct a modern vocational education system and develop general education courses, we must first distinguish the three concepts of higher vocational education, secondary vocational education and general higher education, and clarify the relationship between general education, professional education and quality education. The implementation of humanistic general education in higher vocational colleges is not only an important part of quality education, but also a response to the demands of education for modernization, the world and the future, to meet the needs of building a well-off society and innovative country. The general education courses of humanities in higher vocational colleges should be developed in accordance with the objectives of higher vocational education and the characteristics of each major, in addition to the compulsory courses stipulated by the state.

《國家中長期教育改革與發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》(以下簡稱《綱要》)指出:到2020年,形成適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整要求,體現(xiàn)終身教育理念,中等和高等職業(yè)教育協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系。黨的歷次大會(huì)都提出要加快現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè),深化產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者和技能型人才的目標(biāo)。這為面向未來構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代職教體系、開發(fā)高職通識(shí)課程指明了的方向。
一、深刻理解現(xiàn)代職教體系,正確處理若干重要關(guān)系
職業(yè)教育體系包含學(xué)制體系、資格體系、課程體系、管理體系等諸多方面,現(xiàn)代職教體系建設(shè)的核心是促進(jìn)各級(jí)各類職業(yè)教育的銜接與溝通,促進(jìn)各種相關(guān)要素的相互協(xié)調(diào)和有機(jī)整合。因此現(xiàn)代職教體系必須具有終身性或者終身教育的特點(diǎn)。在傳統(tǒng)的教育體系中職業(yè)教育往往被視為以就業(yè)準(zhǔn)備為目的的終結(jié)性教育,而用終身教育的觀點(diǎn)來看,任何教育都不再是終結(jié)性的,職業(yè)教育也不應(yīng)是死胡同。……
