深圳市污水管網(wǎng)工程建設成效探討

摘要：污水管網(wǎng)的建設與完善是深圳市“治水提質”工程的重中之重，其質量和水質提升效果直接影響著深圳市水環(huán)境治理戰(zhàn)役的成敗。筆者結合深圳市2015年至2018年污水管網(wǎng)建設的考核數(shù)據(jù)以及各污水處理廠的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)，對污水管網(wǎng)建設成效進行研究，主要是對全市污水處理廠的進水水質提升效果，包括污水的年均進水COD、TP、TN、AD進水濃度進行對比分析，對各區(qū)進水質的提升做出相應的分析，使深圳市各區(qū)污水管網(wǎng)工程建設成效得以量化直觀的體現(xiàn)。

Abstract： The construction and improvement of the sewage pipe network is the top priority of Shenzhen's "water treatment and quality improvement" project， and its quality and water quality improvement effect directly affect the success or failure of the Shenzhen water environment treatment campaign. Based on the assessment data of sewage pipe network construction in Shenzhen from 2015 to 2018 and the monitoring data of various sewage treatment plants， the author studies the construction effect of sewage pipe network， mainly on the improvement effect of influent water quality of sewage treatment plants in the city， including the average annual influent COD， TP， TN， AD concentration of sewage， and makes corresponding analysis on the improvement of water quality of each district， so that the construction effect of sewage pipe network engineering in various districts of Shenzhen can be quantified and visualized.

0? 引言

隨著改革開放，各地城市化的進程逐漸加快，城市水污染治理的力度也逐漸加大，城市污水處理事業(yè)也得到了進一步的發(fā)展，當前，水污染已經(jīng)成為深圳城市發(fā)展的制約因素，是全市人民最關心的環(huán)境問題之一，深圳市水環(huán)境的治理形勢變得相當嚴峻。實施治水提質行動，既是貫徹落實黨的十八屆五中全會提出的“綠色發(fā)展”理念的必然要求，深圳市敢為人先，進一步完善深圳市污水管網(wǎng)建設，逐步實現(xiàn)排水管網(wǎng)雨污分流，從而減少生活污水、工業(yè)污水對城區(qū)周邊水質及周邊河流的污染，使污水管網(wǎng)的截污納污和污染減排作用得以充分的發(fā)揮，確保污水處理設施正常運行，充分發(fā)揮其生態(tài)效益，贏得治水提質攻堅戰(zhàn)的最終勝利。本研究基于污水管網(wǎng)建設工程項目，結合2015-2018年深圳市的水質水量監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)，全面客觀的反映出深圳市污水管網(wǎng)建設工程的成效及其歷年進水水質變化情況，從而量化直觀的看出其建設成效。……
