創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作的深入研究

摘要：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展，農(nóng)村脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作迎來(lái)了前所未有的重大發(fā)展機(jī)遇與嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)，如何準(zhǔn)確把握當(dāng)前脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題，并采取有效措施，有針對(duì)性地提升脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作整體成效，成為業(yè)內(nèi)廣泛關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)課題之一。基于此，本文首先介紹了脫貧攻堅(jiān)工程的偉大現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，分析了當(dāng)前農(nóng)村脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作中的存在問(wèn)題，并結(jié)合相關(guān)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，分別從思想扶貧、精準(zhǔn)扶貧等多個(gè)角度與方面，提出了創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作的有效策略，闡述了個(gè)人對(duì)此的幾點(diǎn)淺見(jiàn)，望對(duì)脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作實(shí)踐有所裨益。

Abstract： With the sustained and rapid development of the economy and society， the rural poverty alleviation work has ushered in unprecedented major development opportunities and severe challenges. How to accurately grasp the current status of poverty alleviation work and take effective measures to improve the overall effectiveness of poverty alleviation work has become one of the focus topics in the industry. Based on this， this article first introduces the great practical significance of the poverty alleviation project， analyzes the current problems in the poverty alleviation work in rural areas， and combined with relevant practical experience， puts forward effective strategies for innovation of rural poverty alleviation from multiple perspectives and aspects， such as ideological poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation， and expounds some personal opinions on this， and it is hoped that it will be helpful to the poverty alleviation work.

0? 引言

中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新時(shí)代，脫貧攻堅(jiān)面臨著新任務(wù)與新要求，如期完成脫貧攻堅(jiān)的宏偉計(jì)劃，關(guān)系到廣大貧困人口與貧困地區(qū)的和諧穩(wěn)定，關(guān)系到農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村工作的未來(lái)發(fā)展方向，關(guān)系到全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的實(shí)施進(jìn)程。當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下，必須客觀審視農(nóng)村脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作現(xiàn)狀，多措并舉，將脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作推向新的發(fā)展層次。本文就此展開(kāi)了探討。

1? 脫貧攻堅(jiān)工程的偉大現(xiàn)實(shí)意義

黨的十八大以來(lái)，以習(xí)近平總書(shū)記為核心的黨中央高度重視脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作，先后形成和完善了“精準(zhǔn)扶貧”的重要思想，圍繞脫貧攻堅(jiān)工作的戰(zhàn)略地位、政治保障、科學(xué)方法、工作格局、內(nèi)生動(dòng)力、質(zhì)量保障等重大問(wèn)題，提出了一系列新理念與新方略，做出了一系列重大部署，為各級(jí)各部門(mén)扎實(shí)推進(jìn)脫貧工作，提高脫貧工作總體成效，堅(jiān)決打贏脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)提供了基本遵循與方向指導(dǎo)。……
