區塊鏈在跨境電子商務領域的應用場景和價值分析

摘 ? 要：近年來，在跨境電商飛速發展的同時也面臨著很多問題，跨境支付成本高、跨境物流安全性低、數據信息易泄露、商品溯源困難難以追責等問題制約了跨境電商的發展。區塊鏈的去中心化、公開透明、參與者均可記錄查詢信息的特點，可以很好地解決跨境電商所面臨的問題。文章針對跨境電商中所涉及的問題，分析了將區塊鏈技術應用于跨境電商的可行性，并提出了基于區塊鏈技術的解決方案。

Abstract： In recent years， the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has also faced many problems， The problems of high cross-border payment costs， low cross-border logistics security， easy leakage of data and information， and difficulty in tracing the source of goods cannot be held accountable， which have restricted the development of cross-border e-commerce. The decentralization， openness and transparency of the blockchain， and the ability for participants to record and query information can solve the problems faced by cross-border e-commerce， this article aims at the problems involved in cross-border e-commerce， analyzes the feasibility of applying blockchain technology to cross-border e-commerce， and proposes a solution based on blockchain technology.

1 引言

近年來，我國關于跨境電商的相關政策相繼出臺，使跨境電商的交易規模不斷增大，在推動跨境電商發展的同時，也使跨境支付問題、跨境物流問題、數據安全問題和產品質量問題等愈發突出。區塊鏈（Block Chain）的本質是通過多個參與者來共同記錄交易信息的對賬系統[1]，具有去中心化、公開透明和參與者均可記錄查詢信息等特點，這些特點使得區塊鏈技術可以被很好地應用于跨境電商領域，解決跨境電商發展過程中所面臨的問題。區塊鏈技術的應用已經延伸到與電子商務相關的物聯網、供應鏈管理、數字資產交易等各個領域[2]。

2 跨境電子商務發展面臨的問題

據電子商務研究中心發布的《2018年度中國跨境電商市場數據監測報告》顯示，在2013-2018年間，我國的電子商務交易規模不斷擴大，其中跨境電商的交易額由3.15萬億元持續增長至9萬億元。……
