摘要:通過對軌道交通工程計價文件編制現(xiàn)狀的分析,梳理出目前計價行業(yè)存在的常見問題;以BIM技術(shù)的發(fā)展為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合軌道交通工程機(jī)電安裝專業(yè)特點(diǎn),探索開發(fā)一種精確、高效、智能化的適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展需求的自動計價模式;實(shí)現(xiàn)BIM軟件與計價軟件的無縫對接,取代重復(fù)性的人工操作,有效提高工作效率和文件質(zhì)量。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the status quo of the compilation of pricing documents for rail transit engineering, the current common problems in the pricing industry are sorted out; based on the development of BIM technology, combined with the professional characteristics of electromechanical installation of rail transit engineering, this paper explores the development of an accurate, efficient and intelligent automatic pricing model that adapts to the needs of social development, which realizes seamless connection between BIM software and pricing software, replaces repetitive manual operations and effectively improves work efficiency and document quality.

0? 引言
計價軟件的出現(xiàn),為工程造價行業(yè)減輕從業(yè)人員的勞動強(qiáng)度、提高工作效率起到了重要作用[1]。隨著技術(shù)進(jìn)步,行業(yè)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)了圖形算量、鋼筋計算、基于BIM技術(shù)計價等軟件[2]。這些軟件在技術(shù)路徑上基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動算量和計價。但在實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中,由于軟件之間接口障礙[3],不同軟件的數(shù)據(jù)無法互通,設(shè)計階段的計價文件依然采用手動方式操作。本文基于機(jī)電專業(yè)采用BIM軟件正向設(shè)計并能自動導(dǎo)出工程量為前提,探討打通設(shè)計軟件和計價軟件的數(shù)據(jù)接口的自動計價模式。旨在由軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)自動計價,取代目前中間的人工錄入工作,簡化計價人員大量的基礎(chǔ)性工作,從而提高工作效率和成果質(zhì)量,以適應(yīng)智能化發(fā)展需要。
1? 計價文件編制現(xiàn)狀及問題分析
1.1 設(shè)計階段計價文件編制流程? 設(shè)計階段主要是編制概算文件,常規(guī)的流程是由設(shè)計總體統(tǒng)一下發(fā)概算編制原則[4],明確計價信息價基礎(chǔ)和主要設(shè)備單價,工點(diǎn)計價人員根據(jù)設(shè)計人員提供的工程量,在計價軟件進(jìn)行資料錄入和計價信息匹配,最后由軟件計算出計價成果,如圖1。……
